Was a tenant of a property managed by R&R and they were one of the shoddiest companies I’ve come across (I used to work for the Property Ombudsman and know good practice from poor practice). Consistently gave the impression nobody knew what was happening. Sending me details for the wrong property, falsely saying guarantors were needed because they were looking at someone else’s reference report, emails to me that were meant for the landlord (always full of mistakes) and overall a very bad company. If I were a landlord I’d be asking for my money back.

Excellent service by Vicki Farrimond, she made the whole lead in to new tenants very easy and smooth. Superb.

Ibrar has been an absolute GEM throughout my entire moving process. He sorted everything out for me through a very short time constraint and his communication, performance, and service was absolutely flawless. Massive thank you to Ibrar!! :)

I have used R&R to manage my rental property for the last 18 years whilst I have lived overseas. Overall I have been very satisfied with the levels of service they have provided to me, which might explain why I have never switched.

Upon taking back the property recently, there were some issues with checkout, inventory amongst other minor points, however they way they dealt with and responded to these was "good service". I would note also, that given the passage of time, some of these items were understandable relating to records.

Over and above this, I would call out Cally, who since I returned to the flat has been very responsive, supportive and worked to resolve issues I have raised. Thank you Cally.

Appalling service and would not recommend. BE CAREFUL. They make up items under the checkout they need completing, proving false quotes and should be closed down
