This company operates with a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. In my experience, there is little concern shown for customers once they are signed up, communication is poor and frustrating, and attempting to disengage from their services is unnecessarily difficult.
I would strongly caution anyone considering using them to think very carefully and explore alternative providers first. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.
Very computer says no, wiring in some ceiling downlights playing up causing some to flicker and others to not come on at all regardless of new bulbs. Away from the property for a few days but fixflo customer service (AI or human, unclear) refuse to even start the process of sorting contractors until I take a photo of the ceiling?

The emergency number goes dead. I’m a National Trust tenant, vulnerable (immune surpressed) and isolated in Northumberland. This company offers something it can’t provide.

If you’re looking for constant price increases to your subscription then you’ve certainly come to the right place! Although overall the system is decent, it just seems whenever they introduce a new feature customers are hit with a price increase whether they want the feature or not! I wouldn’t recommend the out of hours contractor service. They’re pretty good at all the tenants straight away but you’ll be waiting days for an out of hours contractor to turn up! Only one have they ever been able to source someone to attend! Not worth the money.

The Fixflo platform has been a fantastic addition to the business helping us to streamline our operation and enhancing our customer experience. Mike and Marcela have been with us from the start, and 12+ months into our journey, with new areas of the business now also going live, they have been consistently helpful and supportive, and willing to work with us to further enhance our experience. Jess has also been instrumental in delivering large group training, making the sessions very informative and memorable, gaining buy in and generating excitement about the product.

Fixflo used to be a leading software, its gradually lost its way over the last couple of years. Supported by their automatic renewal contract which demonstrates they too are not confident in the service they provide. Make sure you don't make the same mistake we have in signing agreements and not ensuring you have a fair renew term.
