Never on top of things. Very poor communication. Overcharge for the services provided.

We have had numerous problems and have had to chase for updates continuously.

We have to deal with different people all the time and each do not know what the others are doing. Beyond frustrating.

The final straw for us has been the change to receiving duplicate monthly paperwork for the same property address - with NO PRIOR COMMUNICATION or explanation.

Contract/rent collection works well. I hired them as property managers too but essentially I always had to tell them what to do and when. They never visited the property except for the yearly inspection (which was likely carried out by an external company). They were never on top of things and I felt I was the one managing the property so I stopped the service and saved the money. Also during the short time they managed my property the person in charge changed 3-4 times.

RR is the management company for the flat that I had rented for just over a year. The level of service and responsiveness to my requests has been superb. I would like to give a shout out to Cally in particular, who had always been so helpful.

Rushbrook & Rathbone have managed our property over the last 13months taking over after the insolvency of a previous company. The service and support we have received from them has been 1st Class and we have no hesitation in recommending them.

Been with R&R for a year now, always quick to respond and get things sorted. Everything you need from a property management company.

If I could underscore this company below one star then I would.
Unfortunately that doesn't appear to be possible.
You would be warned to study the validity of some of the attached 'reviews' from persons posting just one review previously.
The so-called 'management' of our small block appears to have been non-existent. With many if not all issues seemingly ignored.
Though service charges were paid and with no receipts presented.
Rushbrook Rathbone staff appear to string out any issue, feigning misunderstanding, or just simply ignore the disgruntled client completely. I imagine in the hope of just securing management fees for non management and then moving on.
According to companies house this firm may have undergone some changes and so the attached plaudits may belong to a previous regime. Its claims - "The team here are passionate about delivery of exceptional customer service and will always endeavour to respond to you within 48 hours"? Should be taken with a pinch of salt.
'Passionate' is simply the new catch-all mantra, and is meaningless where this company is concerned.
However, at the end of the day, it's your call.

I am absolutely flabbergasted at the unprofessional way this company is conducting itself. I have emailed about 4 times to see the accounts (they have been managing my small block where I own a flat) and they are not responding. I am extremely concerned at their lack of accountability on the spend and that they are simply not responding. Do any of the directors even care how the business is conducting itself. I know the whole property management sector needs to shape up but this is beyond belief.

The employees of Rushbrooke and Rathbone have been extremely helpful in getting me into the property I'm renting and have always been polite and quick to respond to the issues I have raised so far in the first few weeks of moving in. They have on multiple accounts been polite, patient and helpful.
