I have been very impressed with the service provided by R&R so far. All communication has been timely and detailed also getting all the documents in one link secured is very helpful.

R&R have been managing my property now for 2 months. I am currently having issues with the tenant not paying rent. R&R have been fantastic in there approach and Dina Rodrigues has been fantastic with helping to resolve these issues.

Shay Teasdale in particular stands out for all the right reasons. She is extremely efficient, professional, friendly, prompt and understanding. And these are only a few of the attributes that define her and how she’s interacted with us in every matter that required her attention. Also, importantly, Shay did an outstanding job in seamlessly taking over from her former colleague Kay Chapman who assisted us before Shay came on board.
Shay is very receptive and considerate. Without her attention and professionalism we would have been faced with an uphill struggle to manage the complex works we’ve had in the flat, and to bring them to a successful conclusion. Whatever the issue, no matter how complex, she is very quick to understand exactly what needs to be done, who needs to be involved and how, and then promptly proceeds to resolve the matter. She is particularly efficient at assessing an issue and clearly and timely keeping us informed at every step of the way of progress until it is resolved. She has always demonstrated outstanding ownership of her responsibilities. However, this is only a snapshot of Shay the star professional. She is also extremely personable and delightful to deal with. So much so that we have delighted in sharing with her photos of lovely baby girl Eva.

R&R have been a pleasure to deal with, a really professional but personable service which I would recommend!
We have been so fortunate to have Shay as our property manager. She has been so responsive, understanding and supportive throughout Covid and has always responded quickly to any queries we have had.

I cannot recommend this agency enough! Our property manager Shay T has been unbelievably responsive, professional and understanding of housing issues throughout Covid.

Not only has she been proactive in helping with contract changes, but she has been incredibly responsive to any boiler issues/maintenance issues (meaning that we have our issues resolved in a matter of hours rather than months, which is the case for a lot of agencies)

I would also love to mention that people within the office who manage the referencing process e.g. Abbie W have been instrumental in helping us secure contract changes quickly.

It's not often that you find a property team who is as understanding, reliable and responsive as this one. Highly recommend!

I had the misfortune to sign up for a lease with this company. They do have a high staff turn over with property managers silently changing every couple of months. They DO NOT have a London office and they do not hold keys locally. That implies one needs to be present at the property for repairs, end of tenancy cleaning etc since the contractor/tradesmen can't get the keys from their office. They will give you a good grief with end of tenancy. They hire so called independent inventory clerk which they appoint and can't be changed. The inventory clerk was notorious and nit-picking every single dust particle they can find after a professional cleaning. Things like dust under the radiator pipes and at places that are not visible and easily accessible are highlighted in the checkout report. The list of problems doesn't end here and I wish have more time to write everything down. Avoid at all cost!

As our previous Property Estate Management left a lot to be desired we decided to change to Rushbrook and Rathbone. Little did we realise how lucky we were with the original Company. I am told that at the initial meeting it all sounded so positive and we really thought we were in good hands. That idea unfortunately did not last long with problems being reported and little or no action taking place. Repeated emails requesting action have been ignored which is especially worrying when it concerns fire, health and safety.
I would be interested to know if other tenants pay year after year for a Fire, Health and Safety Report, which recommends actions that are not carried out. I notice that Shay and Kay have received excellent reviews and well done to them. If only they worked at our branch of R & R

I just found out that my property manager has left! I was not told by them but because I called my estate agent to find out something else and learned this news! This is the third property manager since august 2020! I don’t even know who is exactly my property manager now! This pattern of heavy turnaround deeply concerns me!
