Have been very impressed with everything so far with this agency. Everything feels like its all in safe hands (Louise is our Property Manager) and all queries are dealt with quickly.

I would really recommend this agency and especially our Property Manager - Shay Teasdale. Very supportive and responsive to any issues we had. Much better then our experiences with another letting agency!

My experience of dealing with R&R has been from a tenant perspective. Whilst my property manager has changed quite a bit during the tenancy I have a more constant one currently. In general R&R have been fine to deal with. My current property manager (Shay Teasdale) I have found to be very professional and responsive and follows up quickly with , actions, responses and communications. I have found her to be most helpful when I needed to contact R&R which makes my life easier!

Would not recommend in how they deal with people. Company has a lot of problems as our property manager changes every few months.
