Rush High Wycombe Avis 11

We went with our toddler to soft play, the ball pit had a third of the balls there should be so could realky be used, nothing worked in the soft play area. We ordered some hot chips, waited 30 minutes then when I asked the manager what was happening she came back and gave us cold chips!
Very average.

Took us 20mins queuing in line to get jumping in the morning. Which means you have cut into 20mins of our jumping time from an already very expensive booking. Also, everyone was standing about as the benches were all full of bags and shoes and coats. Do not allow this. There are lockers for people to put their stuff. The benches there are sufficient for at least 20 people and only one person managed to seat amongst the stuff.

It is generally poor.

The staff were nice but the rules are so stupid. No running. No jumping from one tramp the the next. No jumping on the side of tramps. No jumping together. No flips or rolls. Very poor coffee. I doubt we will take the kids back there. It is overpriced and is so controlled by OSH they can't make the most of it.

Soon I imagine, no eating, drinking, ju.ping, laughing or talking. Pay to stand still whilst wrapped in bubble wrap.

The kids are having a great time at Rush, the staff are being brilliant helping the kids have fun, music is good and I’m getting to read a book!

Terrible experience. My kids are 4 and 5 and were basically not allowed to play together. They got yelled at, told off and whistled at by the staff. They are NOT dogs. It was disgusting behaviour.
1 person per trampoline, no jumping between trampolines, no jumping on angled trampolines, no jumping on long trampolines. Basically don’t go near any other kids and just jump on your own in one trampoline and make sure you only jump with BOTH feet. What is the point. They could have done that at home and I wouldn’t have paid £70 for 1 hour. In fact I could have bought 2 more trampolines for my home for that money. They came to play with eachother, with us and with other kids, not stay away from eachother. Staff were overly cautious. The park was empty when we were there. However when it got busier and it was harder for the staff to keep an eye out, there were ‘rules’ broken everywhere.
You need to seriously rethink this. What are you worried about…being sued? That’s what the waiver is for. The trampoline park in Camberley is MUCH better and I will not be coming back to this one. Absolutely mind blowing.

Had an excellent time at Rush High Wycombe. The boys particularly loved the dodge ball arena and I was happy with my cheesy chips 😊

Don’t go to RUSH high Wycombe! HUGE health and safety risk! Serious negligence and lack of any protocol. I would give zero stars if I could! My son broke his leg badly there 3 weeks ago and the way the entire situation was managed was appalling! They are claiming to be a member of the International adventure and trampoline park association, which they are in fact not a member of. This means they are not regulated by anyone and are falsely claiming to have high safety standards. I also have multiple witnesses that know that staff were not only NOT first aid trained but couldn’t even locate a first aid kit. The accident my son had was not reported to the council like it should have been. This all screams of a quick money making scheme with total lack of regard for duty of care to their customers. I’m sure they’ve swept many accidents under the carpet and gotten away with it!

Refused my son entry , even though he had been in before, supervisor was a jumped up teenager with a chip on his shoulder, thinking he was gods gift.
Avoid the place. Have requested a full refund for my visit ... we will wait and see.

Multiple missing children with staff searching the building , party rooms have locks on but all unlocked so anyone can hide or get lost in rooms that are unused. staff only doors with keypad locks all unlocked. Water fountains running constantly, would like to see their risk assessment and legionella assessment for water fountains.... again we will wait and see.

No customer service skills for staff !
Just paid teenage monkeys

After spending nearly £75 Rush wanted even more out of me insisting that my daughter couldn’t wear trampoline socks from a rival company and that we had to buy the exact same socks but from them. Rip off.
