When i purchased the pool heater i no communication from you to tell me when it was going to be delivered. I even downloaded the app called home just like the tracking service said but it just told me that they had not had any communication from you so didn't know when it was going to be delivered. And then it just turned up one day when i was not in. My daughter was left to take the delivery that was placed on a pallet because of the weight of the parcel. Not good.

Excellent company, let down by the delivery company sadly :-(. Waited in 2 separate days for my heat pump, was told by the delivery company it would arrive, but nothing. Waste of 2 days off work. Then when it did arrive I was not home as they never told me they were coming!!!! - Claire from 123 Pools was great though, chasing them and keeping me as updated as she could, despite getting incorrect info from the delivery company too. I will order again, just frustrating delivery this time that was not really 123 Pools fault.

123 Pools guided me through what I needed to purchase and the staff were there at the end of a text to answer the questions I had during set-up. Fabulous customer service!

Brilliant company very good with communication and sorted out a logistical issue for me swiftly and at no extra cost with my new heat pump arriving a week later. Quality product and can’t thank Nick and Claire enough for helping me sort out the purchase.

Having no experience with heat pumps or knowing what to choose, I found the team at 123 Pools incredibly helpful and patient. They answered all my questions over WhatsApp, which was so much easier than emailing. From start to finish of my pool project, their support has been outstanding. What a brilliant company to deal with, answered questions before I had almost sent the email, delivery was quicker than warp speed. Alot of companies online could do with lessons from the staff on how to service customers online. Would have no hesitation in using again or recommending to someone else. Gold stars alround.

I was in need of a pool heater and the adivce from these guys was perfect. After the heater arrived I needed a new pool filter/pump, I ordered one but it was lost in transit they did everything they could to help sort it out and even sent a temp pump while the lost pump was sorted out. Great customer service. Claire on whats app was very helpful.

I have purchased a few items from 123 Pools now and on every occasion they have gone above and beyond when something has not gone to plan. On this occasion I hand purchased a Sand filter pump, a part failed on the item just short of 12 months after purchase. 123 pools did not stop working to put this right for me. Cannot recommend more, especially for higher cost purchases as you know they will ensure the item is right for you and any defects in the item are put right.

Great advice to enable me to buy the most suitable heat pump for my pool.
