Russbridge Academy Avis

every part of the course was very interesting and well manned by all staff

I recently completed the Level 4 course in quality assurance (IQA) and it was truly dreadful.
No teaching (as online expected at least some webinars to view) but just a few pages of notes.
When queried was essentially told what did I expect from an online course.
Communication was very poor and often received no reply to queries.
The goalposts seemed to constantly change and even once all evidence requested was submitted further evidence was requested (no idea why didn’t ask for this in the first place?).
Was advised there was a 4 week turnaround for marking but 8 weeks later (after much chasing) got a response.
The only positive was the certificate was send out super quick.
Overall, very disappointed in the course / college and would recommend seeking an alternative.

Russbridge Academy provided me the best skills and knowledge as a SIA tutor and provided me the opportunity to develop as a person. I wish them the very best in their work and will recommend anyone looking to do career change here!

Hi.. my teacher Adela is full of confidence during our 3 days training session.. we all enjoyed and very motivated , encouraging skills.. thanks

Excellent and outstanding service, helping staff . I enjoyed my training and learnt a lot .

Well presented course ,,, and well informative tutor ,, comfortable learning areas

I would recommend this service helped me through the whole process amazing work

Very helpful team. Good teaching, good communication and just a nice place to learn.

Good training.

Great support. I did an online course and any questions I had were answered quickly explained thoroughly . They were always very accommodating and understanding. My certificate only took a couple of weeks once I sent my work to be assessed. There were some great learning materials and suggested books to help with my studies. Every thing is above board and recognized awarding bodies are used.

I found the learning technique to be explained with a professional, very informative and friendly manner, I would highly recommend Russbridge Academy.

Russbridge Academy is a fantastic training center. They were very thorough, very supportive and always giving me effective feedback at every point during the training period. They are excellent at what they do.

I registered for the L3 Award in Education and Training, the training pack was downloaded and I was able to review the course material and add-ons, reference guides which were provided. When I contacted the academy for assistance or direction they promptly returned with a response. I would study here again
