What a delightful company to deal with
What a delightful company to deal with, I had purchased a side table from them via Amazon, unfortunately the item was damaged upon delivery and I wasn't overly impressed with the quality of the table, following a brief exchange of emails and me sending some images of the quality and damaged top they have agreed to remake the table for me.

Excellent company
Excellent company. I am so pleased with my made to measure bookcase. Lovely natural wood scent too. Rustic Dreams could not have been more helpful and proactive in communicating, drafting and design to my specific requirements. Speedy response and all within agreed timescale. I wish I'd found this company sooner and will definitely recommend and use again.

Awful - no response or product
Awful. I placed an order two weeks ago. Haven’t received any communication since about when I will receive the order despite emailing and using the chat on their website. I’ve asked my credit card provider for a refund.

IKEA, eat your heart out!!
We ordered a corner TV table with a natural finish. 2 weeks later, we have the piece of furniture in our garden room. Absolutely delighted with the table, speed of completion of our bespoke item and the overall service received.
Would thoroughly recommend Rustic Dreams.
