The pre cut tint came so wrinkled I couldn't use it. I have got some from other companies where sure a little wrinkle but heat takes it right out. I will not be ordering again. I attempted to install one piece knowing it was going to be bad but still tried to give them the benefit of doubt, and didn't even attempt the other side. I asked for a refund but after seeing their refund policy being store credit, I will not be using it if it's offered.

Misrepresented and shorted

Purchase a 60x12 inch roll from a large pattern. They sent me the worst cut possible from the pattern. As a result, for unicorns, you didn't see feet or heads.
They don't care one bit.
Effectively said.. "well, that's what you 9rdered." With no other care or response.
No it is not. I wanted to see what was in the pattern. Not see what you could cut out to make it unrecognizeable... I would not have ordered the pattern.

Bad for business

Bad for business. Been doing business with RVinyl for awhile and never had a problem till now. I ordered a color that didn’t even come close to the paint. I know they don’t make color matched vinyl but there are colors that come close. So I asked for a refund and was denied. Now I’m stuck with vinyl I can’t use and out of $126. It’s not even about the money, it’s more like they don’t care about the customer. I’ll never use this company again.

I was very excited to get my new…

I was very excited to get my new interior update . When it arrived it is very thin vinyl like contact paper is thicker. It would not even stick on the paper it was on and so it was useless to expect it to stick on my car but I tried. It was way too small and it would not stick. Please don't waste your money

Poor service and rip off artist

Poor service and rip off artist. Made a small order for vinyl online and paid. Got a UPS ship notification that the shipment was cancelled. Waited a few days and went on their website to check status. It showed the shipment was cancelled. I ordered what I needed from another vendor. I waited for them to credit the money back and it still did not occur. I finally emailed to ask for a refund and they refused. They said that it had been shipped using USPS. I told them that their site and emails indicated it was cancelled so I bought elsewhere. The refused to give me back my money or take the vinyl back and issue a refund. The order which was placed on 9/6 showed up 9/27, and twenty one days after ordered. The company is in Brooklyn and I live two hours away in Albany.

Outdated product and zero customer support – avoid at all costs!

I purchased the FR400 dash camera from Proof, only to discover that it only supports outdated 2G/3G and VoLTE networks – which are no longer supported in many countries. In other words, this device is essentially useless in modern network environments.

I contacted their customer service with all relevant information (including a photo and IMEI number), and got no response. I followed up again – still no reply. They are completely ignoring my request.

A company that sells obsolete products and then disappears when there's a problem is not trustworthy.

⚠️ Avoid this company – terrible experience, non-functioning product, and zero accountability. Save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere.

Absolutely a terrible experience…

Absolutely a terrible experience dealing with RVinyl. Avoid this company at all costs. There are many other providers of 3M vinyl products that will give you good customer service. RVinyl has to have some of the worst customer service we have experience in the last 40 years!!!

Ordered 180 worth of Smokey tint for…

Ordered 180 worth of Smokey tint for tail lights and headlights all the way around. When received the order did not recieve all the peices to complete the wrap. I tried to get ahold of customer service to get refund and nothing. Couldn’t get the remander peices I needed or a refund they literally scammed me out my money and never got Smokey wrap on the headlights or taillights just a 180 dollar loss. Crooks, not to mention the material was nothing special absolute rip

AVOID THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COST!

Same experience as others ordered a kit advertised for a 2015-2025 Colorado. Kit only fits 2022 and older models. They told me they sent the kit that was pictured. Which is true. They shifted blame essentially putting the onus on me to know what a random bunch of cut outs are supposed to look like. Rather than fix the website. They would not offer a refund. Rather they offered return credit. Which turns out is useless because they have nothing on the website for my vehicle. I did it anyway and didn’t get credit filed a complaint with New York Attorney General. They just acted as a mediator. Basically told them that I ordered something for the wrong sub model or if I would’ve consulted them prior to making an order they would’ve advised me otherwise. They are complete BS. File a complaint if you had a bad experience. The attorney general office is only compelled to act if a pattern develops.

Not a company that you can trust

Not a company that you can trust. Placed an order for two pieces of vinyl to wrap parts on a project vehicle. They only shipped one piece to me and not the two that I ordered. Let them know about it and they gave a credit to us for us to "reorder' the second piece of vinyl. Upon receiving the second piece of vinyl, they sent us the wrong color after we had ordered it correctly for the second time. We needed this material to finish a car to be displayed in a show and now could not finish because of there mistakes. We let them know of the second issue as soon as we discovered it and they were not sympathetic at all offered nothing in return to help us out, let alone even offered to ship us the correct vinyl period. We ended up paying to have the correct material overnighted by another online supplier. Be cautious when considering to due business with these people. There are better choices out there.

Do not order from Rvinyl

Do not order from Rvinyl. They rip you off. I ordered Matte black rvinyl for my 2024 Chevy Colorado door pillars and they sent trim that wasn't the correct size, it didn't cover the pillars, you could see white on the edges. There excuse was it's supposed to show the white trim. They did not even try to satisfy the customer

DO NOT ORDER FROM RVINYL. SHIPPING TAKES 2-3 WEEKS AND THEY WONT TELL YOU THAT UNTIL AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. They will then REFUSE to cancel the order. They never answer the phone.

UPDATE: They finally answered the phone, but only after I posted my negative review. They lied about having “already cut” my order, refused to cancel the items that didnt involve cutting, and WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THEM sent me a “your order shipped” email. 4 hours later, they cancelled that shipping label, and didnt ship fo another two days.

AVOID AT ALL COST. Awful company.

I wouldn't order from this place again since they did me wrong. I ordered this $90 kit and nowhere it states to not use it on the wood grain dash so when I ordered and asked if it would cover the entire area the lady tells me it's not recommended for the wood grain looking dash! Again it doesn't state that anywhere so I tell her that and she says it's too late to cancel the order and to ship it back for a store credit. I say to her that it hasn't even shipped to me so why can't I just get cancel the order and get the store credit so I as the customer don't have to pay my own money to ship it back and wait for a store credit. She says there isn't anything she can do! Then a few minutes later I get an email saying my order shipped! WTH is that! Crazy! Scam

Low quality tools

I am not a wrapper by any means.. however for the money I spent I think my roof wrap job would have come out better if I had been sent tools that were not of dollar store quality. The wrap was fine but the 99 cent box cutter that had a hard time cutting the wrap and the less than mediocre squeegee that I paid extra for were garbage and made the job worse.

Will be taking my money elsewhere next time I order.

Terrible stay away

Terrible stay away. full dash kit for 2012 Hyundai veloster. extremely poor quality, see through, doesn't align, and weak adhesive. no refunds, and only store credit...I'd rather not buy more terrible product with store credit. only 30 days to try and return.

Vinyl they shipped me looked like a kid cut it out with scissors. Rough edge, symmetrical pieces were different sizes and shapes - JUST JUNK.
They offer no refunds only store credit. Why would one buy more crappy from product from this outfit?
