If I could give them no stars, I would. On 10/12/2021, I purchase an Atwood Wedgewood Vision oven/stove, order #41487. They charged my card right away for 716.92 which included the 116.92 shipping. There was no indication on their website that this item wasn’t in stock or a back order. My order is still showing as Awaiting Fulfillment. It has been in this status since I ordered it. I have called five times in a 3-day span and left voice mails, and I have received no call backs. I have also emailed them twice, with no response. I needed to know if this is a back ordered item and if it is, I just needed to cancel it. They can’t seem to bother to return your phone calls or emails. People need to think twice before ever doing business with this company. I made the mistake of not checking the reviews on TrustPilot.com or BBB. If I had, I definitely wouldn’t have ordered from this company. I won’t make that mistake again.

The part worked well however I have to comment on your shipping costs. To charge nearly $20 to send a small part in an envelope was a extreme overcharge. Only because I couldn't find a replacement part from anyone else, I guess I suffer the consequences.

Received an email that my order was refunded for some unknown reason. I've been trying for days to call and email and have had no response. The phone just rings and rings and no one replys to emails

Trina was very helpful in my search for the right camper sofa. She also allowed me to pay for the item and hold it until my wife recoup from a broken. Trina is a very accommodating individual. I will be a repeat customer!

Never received my order. It’s been a month. No response from the company to my emails or voice messaging. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this company. Wasting my time, and delaying my project. 😡

RV Parts Nation has failed to deliver the product I paid for. They refuse to communicate with me either by phone messages I have left or 4 emails I have sent. Their website states that they will notify the customer if there is any delay. They have failed to do that as well.

If I request to cancel the order, they stated on the website they will charge me 50% to cancel. So basically, what they are doing is taking your money, not delivering the product, then if you cancel they are keeping 50% of your money. That people is called fraud. Since I think I am out the money I paid for the parts, I might as well contact the Indiana State Attorney's office to file charges against this company. They also do business on ebay. I unfortunately did not go through ebay, I went direct.

Be aware, this company is bad news.

P.S., they have automatically sent me two emails asking for a review. How stupid.

Nice product, shipping a little high

Found the exact part I needed (a faucet) which I could find nowhere else since it is an uncommon model. I was very pleased.

The two baggage hatch catches were of good quality and arrived on time. I was surprised screws were not included, but thinking back about the product description I realized it did not specify screws included like some other vendors. I give three stars because they are average, nothing special. They did what every other vendor does, sell quality product and ship it in a reasonable time frame.

My item was ordered a week ago. Still waiting for it to ship.

Ok. So I’m editing my original post. It’s been an additional 5 days. My order still says awaiting shipping. I’ve sent 3 messages via there website within the last week. Zero response. No response from voice mail or Facebook messenger either.

Does anyone actually work here?

We have ordered from RV Parts Nation 3 or 4 times in the last few years and have always been well satisfied with price, delivery, quality, and description of items purchased.

I ordered my blinds 7 days ago and still don't have any idea when I will get them.

I placed an order 12 days ago and they charged my credit card the same day. Five minutes ago I checked the order status and it said "awaiting shipment". Come on guys, get it shipped! Then they have the nerve to send me a survey to fill out??
