Ordered my product 3 weeks ago. Still no shipping confirmation and support does not respond quickly at all via phone or email. I will not be purchasing anything in the future from rvpartsnation.

Trina Was very pleasant to work with pricing was good. Did have a problem with ups shipping paid more for the shipping than the fiberglass siding and other items. The siding was damaged maybe be able to sill use it. Reported it to them haven’t heard back yet it has been only a couple days

Vary helpful on information. Quick on service and very helpful. I would say it's hard to get hold of them . When you do there on it. Overall building a trailer or finding parts there's the go to place

They were very nice. And very helpful. I actually had ordered the wrong toilet from Walmart and thankfully it didn't come in. I'm sorry I can't remember her name but the lady that worked the front desk pointed out that I was ordering a low toilet and id have been very unhappy with it had I got it. So she fixed me up with the right one and I'm very happy with it. I installed it in roughly ten minutes. Thank y'all very much

Ordered the part and 10 days later without any notice or explanation you scratch the order.
Lousy communication

My order for a day/night shade is being processed. There is a lead time on getting produced because it is a custom order. The five star rating is based on the ease of ordering and the customer service I have received since placing my order.

you want a review and I have not received the product yet. Will review once I receive the product ordered all it says when I check on shipment is that it is waiting shipment.
