Company is unable to make prescription lenses. Unwilling to work with you. Stay away from them.

Terrible service. They got the first order wrong, and when I contacted them to correct it they ignored me. No correction, no replacement glasses, no refund. Never buy from this company!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I placed an order with them July 21st. My glasses are in stock and I had 1 or 2 coating add one. Only 2 pairs of glasses total. Nothing too special. I have still have not received my product. I reached out to customer service and was told my safety glasses failed surfacing 2xs and that they are still working on my order. Per there website all orders ship within 10 business days. My glasses weren't complicated to make. Very poor customer service from Ronniel Castaneda. I'm working on filing a claim with my bank to get my money back.

The glasses arrived and they were thick as bottle caps, I called and talked to someone about having them corrected and they said no matter what they will charge me to correct poor creation on their part. I would strongly recommend not ordering from this website. They lure people in and then take your money and demand more if they make errors on their end. They don't try to appease the consumer they are supplying. DO NOT BUY unless you like burning your money.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by RX Safety. My experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable. 

First and foremost, I sent in my frames to have the prescription replaced—a process that was supposed to take no more than 10 business days. Instead, it dragged on for over a month. During this time, I struggled with over-the-glasses goggles, a less than ideal solution that I was forced to endure due to RX Safety's incompetence.

Throughout this ordeal, it became clear that RX Safety's customer service is severely lacking. Despite numerous attempts to get updates, it felt like my concerns were being ignored. Customer service representatives forwarded my messages to management, but there was no communication, no updates, and no action taken for weeks. It was as if my requests were falling into a black hole.

When RX Safety finally acknowledged their mistake of misplacing my frames, they offered to let me choose a new frame from their collection. While this was a small step in the right direction, it does not make up for the lack of action, the poor communication, and the sheer unprofessionalism displayed throughout this entire process.

In summary, my experience with RX Safety has been abysmal. The lack of responsiveness, the failure to meet promised timelines, and the overall disregard for customer satisfaction are inexcusable. I would strongly advise anyone considering using their services to think twice. There are plenty of other companies out there that understand the importance of professionalism and customer service.

RX Safety, you have lost a customer. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to prevent others from going through the same ordeal.

I had a terrible experience with RX Safety. Despite confirming that my prescription lenses would be frameless, they sent me framed lenses, which look awful and don't match what was promised. They then demanded I return the incorrect glasses at my own expense, knowing international shipping from overseas is costly. This is a blatant attempt to avoid fulfilling their obligation. Their behavior is not only unprofessional but also a clear breach of consumer trust. I strongly advise against doing business with RX Safety.

I brought an ESS Crossbow from them, and their customer service was quick response and friendly. I also read about some negatives review, and I'm also sorry for other customers, but I am okay with them.
The glasses took like a month to arrive at my house, and it's make sense, cause I live in Hong Kong.

After all the negative reviews, I was concerned, but my experience with Rx-Safety was very positive. They replied quickly to my emails. The process of manufacturing the lenses took about two weeks, which is what I would have had if I had gone to an optician.

The quality of the lenses is much better than those from my last optician appointment. Choosing the type of lens (glass, in my case) and filters is so much better than having an optician do it for me.

Overall I'm very happy with my lenses. Just make sure when you send in your glasses to follow their instructions. Prescription in the package and order number on the box.

I have purchased 5 pairs of glasses from these folks. the first 3 went well. I bought a pair in November and I couldn't see out of them. They would glady replace the lenses for $150 dollars. The RX was from Costco and I have glasses from them and they were great. I bought another pair with the same RX and they were better, but still wrong. Zero help. God awful company. Will never buy again.

Every time I get a new prescription I purchase new glasses from other places one pair with just a single view for watching TV, a progressive lens for working in the shop, and a progressive lens from RX-safety.com
It never fails that the glasses I get from local places I can't hardly see with but the once I get from RX-safety work perfectly. From now on I'm buying all my glasses from RX-safety and avoid the frustration. They cost a bit more but well worth it if they work.
I run a Tree Service and these glasses keep saw chips falling from the sky, out of my eyes as I'm looking up.

Ordered transitions glasses that take 2 plus hours to go back to clear sent them in after much hassle and a few weeks of waiting they say the lenses work properly with no proof accept a picture of them dark in the sun. Refund policy is a joke don’t waist your time.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERIVCE!!! 18 emails in with customer service with no result insight, my label was created well over a month ago and hasn't done anything since so they told me that UPS lost the package well wrong UPS never scanned the package once they created the label and then they either didn't make the products or lost it in their shipping product and are blaming UPS so now I'm $200 out with no prescription safety glasses for work and no refund no New Order sent nothing in sight please please do not buy from this company!!!

They haven't bothered to update on glasses in over 3 weeks. Called yesterday and were told they have been done awhile, but they are waiting on the clip on visor for them. Asked them to go ahead and ship them now since I desperately need them and had paid for 2 day shipping. They said within 24 hours. Just called and they gave me the runaround again. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!

Came in around 10 weekdays with 2 day shipping was sceptical at first looking at these reviews but mine was spot on including the prescription

Received prescription safety glasses and respirator spectacle inserts today. Quality looks great, fit was excellent, and no issues with the prescription. Took about a month from date of order to delivery, which I was expecting. I've bought glasses online in the past, but this was my first experience with online safety glasses. My eye doctor recommended I try Trivex lenses, and they are excellent. I'm a satisfied customer.

I placed an order for hi index lens replacement with a blue light coating. I had to reach out to the company regarding the status of my order. I never heard from them when they received my frames. My order was incorrect. I was sent regular very thick lenses, that were not hi index and did not have the coating paid for. I have gone back and forth via email with the company, who says that my order is correct. I have sent them pictures comparing my old lenses vs the new lenses that they sent. This has been an horrible experience. I have gone to 3 different optical stores and had the lenses examined, only to be told by all 3 that I have a regular polycarbonate lens, not hi index. The best the company offered was to send the frames back and pay $200+ for a hi index lens of 8. I have asked for a partial refund due to this being their error. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Really wished I read The reviews before ordering from this website. A month to deliver and not even the right lenses! I was Given yellow lenses when I ordered Transition gray and haven’t heard a peep from them since! And I’ve heard the process is a nightmare anyways. DONT ORDER FROM THEM

A complete scam...

The first problem was that my glasses took a month to arrive. The company made a lot of excuses, blaming the mail service, when they themselves caused the problems. On top of that, when they finally arrived, the glasses were not made with the materials that I chose on the page and they were also in the wrong prescription and scratched, as if it happened from someone who already uses them.

A deplorable service, not to say, scam. Today there are much better options in the market like tactical RX or sport RX. I will never buy from this company again

Takes over a month before you will actually receive your glasses! Would never ever order from this place again!

NEVER EVER buy from a company called RX Safety - a site specifically for workplace safety glasses (rx and otherwise).

WORST buying experience EVER... After multiple times dealing with chat, customer service both online and on the phone prior to purchase (to avoid any issues), then afterwards, multiple hrs./days having to "catch" mistakes, being sent wrong product, overcharged, lied to .... at this point, time will tell if the order is correct AND I now am waiting on a partial refund for overbilling - charging $38 more than quoted & authorized.

The killer is, had I not proactively asked for a copy of a statement and then checked my bank account, I would never have noticed they charged more than they said they were going to. SMH. Been dealing with them since July, and it's still not right.
