Never buy from these people
I purchased glasses, they made them wrong. I had to pay to send them back. They remade one lens, sent them back with damage to the right lens. They did not refund the full amount, I had over $50 dollars in shipping them back and the original shipping. The customer service person was rude, hard to understand and not very welcoming. After she agreed to pay for return shipped, changed her mind and would not issue an RMA until I agreed to pay shipping again. I will never purchase from them again. Beware, they are just a crappy company.

horrible quality and customer service
I had horrible experience. They messed up my ray ban sunglasses. I paid around $97 for nothing. The quality of their products and the customer service are awful. Don't waste of your time and money with them.

Failed to honor return/remake request
After receiving my prescription safety glasses I found the prescription was not correct so I started the return process to have the lenses remade. To be clear, the return/remake is not free. There is an $87 charge for this, so I was not asking for anything free. Because this was in the middle of covid I asked the customer service representative if I needed to return the glasses within the 30 day time window per their standard return policy or if I could wait until I could go back to the optometrist to update the prescription. He said that because I started the process within 30 days I could wait to actually return the glasses. Because of Covid it ended being a few months until I could go back to the optometrist, but once I had the new prescription I sent the glasses back for remake. However, I was informed by a different customer service representative that they would not honor the remake request because too much time had elapsed.

Almost perfect ..
Awesome glasses ... got everything right ... except who the heck decided where toset the segment height for the reading adjustment?!? The otherwise PERFECT glasses, are relatively useless as my chin has to be pointing to the heavens to focus on anything close with the progressive bifocals. Needless to say not appropriate for safety glasses!
Customer Service was of no service and only "hid" behind their company policies ... and I evidently even spoke to a supervisor. Their only offer was for me to pay for a remake. When I asked what I could have done differently - or even how to make sure things were done right a second time - they were everything but convincing.
Left a horrible impression in what was otherwise an awesome product. Can NOT recommend esp if you need any reading prescription in your lenses!
