Company has terrible service

While I respect many of the medical professionals and researchers who have lent their expertise to this company, I have lost respect for the company based on terrible customer service. In February of this year, I ordered products on their website following a health conference. When I placed my order, their online shopping service (Shopify, maybe?) offered a discount on a 2-lb canister as an add-on item, and I took that deal. A few weeks later (early March) I received all other products I had ordered, but not the canister. I sent a customer service inquiry, and was told it was a "pre-order" (despite there being no such wording at the time of sale) and it should be "shipping soon."

THREE months after that communication (mid-June), I realized I still hadn't received anything. I replied to their same email (which showed my order number) asking for a status update. Nothing. On June 27 I forwarded that email again, marked as high importance, requesting a response and a refund. Still nothing! Not even an acknowledgement that I had contacted them.

I have to assume the company is in disarray. The 2-lb canister seems to be out of stock, and offering a refund would be the right thing to do, as it's now been five months since I paid for my supposed pre-order.

I'm allowing two stars here instead of just one because the products are actually good, and if you see them in stores, try them. Just don't order online or try to contact the company.

*** UPDATE *** I tried a different tactic at the 5-month mark. Instead of replying to their original response to me, I submitted a whole new inquiry to their orders email address. This time they responded and the part of the order that was never delivered has been refunded. My guess is their email system ignores some replies to earlier emails or flags them as junk, perhaps-? The rep said a search of their database did not turn up any of my follow-up emails that had been ignored. But it is resolved now. Upgrading to three stars. I think they're trying to do good and their products are smart. Just need to work out some of the operational kinks, and maybe let people know if an item they ordered won't be available for awhile (or, ever).

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could! These bars are way too expensive for the way they are shipped…when I placed my order for 2 boxes..they clearly seen they were being shipped to California..but they did not include ant form of ice packs. So of course..my order arrived with 2 boxes of melted blobs of chocolate. When I contacted the company..they said..unfortunately chocolate and heat doesn’t mix. Like if I’m some kind of moron that didn’t know that. I would not recommend ordering these at all.i probably wouldn’t be so upset if they even offered some sort of refund..but nope.they asked me when would be a better time to ship? Idk…. Maybe when it’s not 100°?? I don’t even want anymore of these. So unfortunate because they are so unappealing all melted and gross. Putting them in the refrigerator doesn’t make them any easier to eat either..once they’re melted..they’re pretty much destroyed.

culture of negatively they don't care!

The company has a culture of negative service to its customers. They dont answer the phone and would rather blame the customer than take the time to respond or resolve simple issues. My order arrived melted in the package but I know not to bother trying to deal with them. Is the product line decent yes. But the Allulose is cheaper at the local market. They charge way too much to be so weak in the customer service sector. Buyer beware

Quality issue

I purchased a container of allulose. It looked strange & had hard chunks in it. The store where I purchased it would only replace it with a new container( but it was same manufacturers code so I declined) I contacted the company thinking they would send a new container/coupon code or something. They took 3 weeks to respond. The first email said thanks for your interest. The 2nd expressed no interest in seeing the product or replacing it. I felt or was rude for customer service. You are talking about a $10 product. Hardly going to break their budget.I have never known a company to not make good on products. Keto products ate very expensive. It was the right thing to do to replace it. I was buying many of their products. I have switched to a different brand.

RX Sugar's Manufacturing Site- Hidden

I purchased several canisters of this sugar substitute for the many attributes of Allulose(As a former research analytical chemist, I had searched peer-reviewed articles on PubMed).
I emailed the company because I wanted to know where this was manufactured and not, as stated on the label, who it was manufactured for(a non-answer answer). I received a response that it was manufactured for the company in Atlanta, GA, but there was no answer. I emailed again, asking who and where it was manufactured, but there was no response. I returned the items since if a company cannot even be forthcoming with the manufacturing, then, in my mind, it isn't trustworthy.
