First off the delivery was early which is amazing these days, and a very pleasant surprise. The piece of kit itself it well built with due clever thoughts. There's a pocket for everything, it has a feel of quality and hard wearing. Really chuffed to bits, thanks Ryde, look out for more orders to come.

Every item I have purchased from Ryde, from sweatshirts to bags to their amazing change robe (my favorite) has been made with exceptional quality and has come with truly the best customer service I have ever experienced. Their care for their customers, mission and values come through in the products they make and carry over- it feels good to wear and use gear made by those doing good in the world.

Sizing is well thought out and inclusive, across the whole range, the robes are perfect for dog walkers/equestrians and all other outdoorsy folk.

The puffa is literally like wearing a sleeping bag its so warm and cozy, perfect for winter walks on the beach!!

The only brand I wear now for outdoor clothing, they do exactly what it says on the tin! Waterproof, Windproof, Lightweight, Functional, Comfortable and a reasonable price!

I’d ordered the size S and received an email to say they’d sold out just as my order came in. But could offer the XS and there’s not much difference between the original S and the new XS. So chose the XS. Perfect fit.
The Ryde robe 2.0 has new features which are amazing. On the original I had to add zip pulls due to some hand mobility issues and toggles to the hood ties. This feedback to the Ryde team, was been taken on board during the 2.0 design process and added. (Amazing) Now has extra pockets and all are now fleece lined as well as the fold over cuffs. Love the peak on the hood. ESP as a glasses wearer. Love the clip on the side of the robe. Handy for a poo bag holder as a dog walker. Yet to have some serious rain to fully test it. But my original went through 2 very miserable winters and almost a full 9 months solid of torrential rain and kept me dry. So I have no doubt the 2.0 will do the same. The original is still going strong and has been robenapped by my daughter who is expecting her first baby in March. Plenty of room for a bump in there.

Larnia was really friendly, and super helpful. She accommodated my needs without me really even asking! She also helped me find the right size and got it reserved for me for when I was ready to pay. Then once I paid, I received it in a timely manner. Just wanted to say thank you again for your help!

The company kept me fully informed and were extremely helpful and honest when they had Q.C.ed the merchandise and found faults before posting. They offered very fair options to resolve the issue. Would definitely recommend this company and will not hesitate to purchase from them in the future.

Wow…amazing product, dry robe 2.0 bought to use for walking the dogs & for the occasional post sea dip.

I wasn’t sure about what size to order, went with the medium (I’m 5ft 5, size 12-14) but when it arrived it was just too big. Customer service at Ryde is brilliant, I contacted to exchange robe for a S, unfortunately there were none left in stock but the lovely Hanna suggested I try the XS as there wasn’t much difference between the two. Sent it to me (along with a prepaid returns label) and they couldn’t have been more right - it fits perfectly (I fear even the S would have been too big).

I am so looking forward to wearing this robe/coat in the drizzly Scottish weather as it’s so practical - pockets where you need them, so cosy with the fleece lining and just the right amount of high vis to be seen but not lit up like a Christmas tree.

Fab fab fab and I love a small business as awesome as this one - I will so be a repeat customer - have already been eyeing up hoodies and hats! Go Ryde! XX

New to Ryde but I spotted an advert for their Robe 2.0 and it hit all the boxes for the perfect winter coat I’ve been looking for!

Firstly, pockets, sooooo many pockets, it’s amazing. Fully Waterproof as well, it comes down past my knees too! Very roomy unisex sizing too which is ideal.

I never thought I’d find a coat that matches my requirements but they nailed it!

They kept us as informed as they could through pre-order which was great!

My only note would be, I’d have liked some ‘how best to care for me’ instructions cause I want my robe to life it’s best life. Like I’m not sure if it will need reproofing to keep water out etc… but besides that very minor thing. 10/10!

Robe is fab, fits well and so good than bigger size was available. Really happy with it and can't wait for weather to start wearing it.

From start to finish service was fantastic the quality of the robe is so so good telling time if it’s worth the price will be when winter hits us very soon an I think it’ll be a winner especially as I live near the coast this is going to be my go too better than any of the expensive branded ones that don’t dry quickly
