Great communication. I got a lovely personal email. I like that they use Royal Mail as I could alter the delivery time. And of course I love my new coat. So warm and cosy.

Absolutely lovely puffer coat!! Super cosy, huge pockets, and finally a hood that fits all my hair in!

Took it out for a hill walk and a dog walk and it felt like I was lying in bed :-)
Wrapping the dog lead around the waist while the hound was off running pulled the excess in and I might get myself a simple belt to wrap around for when I'm not with the dog as although the volume is entirely what I wanted, having the ability to make it more slender when walking around is a bonus feature.

Haven't been out in the rain with it yet as, surprisingly, it refused to rain when I wanted it to!
I expect it'll be fine for my needs though. I have some high-spec waterprooves for more arduous hill walking.

Poncho that isn't a poncho from a real company! Communication and updates on the delivery were great. Quality of the jacket is amazing.

Great Poncho. Came up a bit large so swapped for a medium, normally take a large size and fit is great now.

I received the coat a few days after ordering it. And it's not been the weather to wear it. However. Today was the day...12 degrees and raining! Out came the coat and I love it. Thank you.

Great poncho type coat, thick and warm and looks like it will keep my husband nice and warm this winter. Plenty big enough and he's an XL man. Fast delivery too

I have had my eye on one of these coats for a very long time. I am a dog walker by trade and these coats are rated very high amongst other walkers. Brilliant amount of pockets. One on sleeve, one inside zipped pocket. Two small pockets with zips on the chest. Two larger hand pockets with a popper for hand pockets. The coat comes to below my knees. I bought a medium. Zip and poppers to seal yourself in the warmth of the fleece. Plenty of room to layer up or change in. The wrists of the coat have a part you can fold over your hands if you are cold! My parcel went on its own tour. Larnia was fab, she found it and chased the post office to send it to me.

Amazing customer service, an issue was resolved quickly and generously and I've never put on such a comfortable and multi functional coat. I'll definitely continue shopping with Ryde!

Firstly the product is good quality and great value. Exactly as advertised. Materials and construction seem appropriate and having worn the jacket a couple of times its super warm.
We are all different shapes and sizes and the costumer service was brilliant in helping me decide the jacket most appropriate for me, even sending a second jacket to help compare and decide.
Email communication great, Larnia always quick to help.
Highly recommend.

Coat fits great, went out for the first time today and got lots of compliments

I've genuinely never had better customer service! I queried sizing as I was unsure which size to go for and they were more than helpful!
The coat itself is unreal, I got so many compliements and other mums asking where my coat was from on a very rainy school run! I was completely dry and toasty warm!
I chose the oversized puffer coat and it's not too 'poofy' like I usually find either puffer coats, it's perfect and I'm super happy!

Absolutely love this brand. I send a lot of time outdoors with my spaniels and visiting the Lakes and their peek to pub fleece and robe are perfect. Keeping me warm and dry time and time again.
