Before buying a coat I have several questions to ensure it was the right item for me. Customer service was spot on, friendly, and helped me make an educated decision. The Change Robe coat arrived swiftly and fitted perfectly! I'm so happy with the coat, it's really cosy, keeps me dry, and the length really helps with being protected from the wind. I mostly use it while helping my partner who owns a horse, so in the month I've had jacket I've been out in all weathers of the Midlands and it's been spot on. It's hard wearing too which is a bonus when helping around the yard so I'm not too worried about scuffs or scrapes. Whenever the weather takes a turn I go straight for the Change Robe because I know it'll keep me protected. I'm looking forward to buying more, I've got my eyes on a hoodie because I've only read great things 👀 Great customer service after purchasing to update me on delivery and to check I was getting on okay with the coat after I'd had it a few days. A great, friendly business that really cares for its customers 😊

I absolutely love the clothes from ryde! I have two tshirt dresses a hat and the flip flops. It’s amazing material and washes really well! The sizing is also on point!!!
Next purchase will be a jacket for all my dog walking!!

I was given a change robe for a birthday gift. Complete game changer no more getting soaked on dog walks!! Pockets great for essentials treats and poo bags with room for loads more. Inside pocket kept my phone safe. Great length popped to the shop in my pjs one night the jacket hid them well!!

The offers over halloween were so good. I was patiently waiting for the best deal on the hoodies and it was worth the wait. It arrived yesterday (I only ordered Friday!) and it is the softest, comfiest oversized hoody I've ever owned. I regret not ordering the joggers to match! Larnia also included some halloween sweeties which is such a nice touch. Thank you!!

Amazing personal service, excellent advice and the products are boss. The changing coat I bought has been perfect for getting changed inside after wild swimming. Sorely tempted to buy the puffer coat now too, because it feels amazing on.

I bought a pair of sliders at a festival for my mum but unfortunately when I got home they didn’t fit so I had to return them. Great experience!
