Customer service has alot to be desired

Missing three items from order and no reply from the customer support in the time frame they say they will respond in. This is the first time using this company and will be the last

Missing items in package from my order. Then get email saying im getting a refund a total of £4.49 when the total is £13.47 ?? Not good anoth to much mistakes been having problems with vpz.co.uk recently so thought I would go straight to source then realised it comes from vpz!

I had six missing items that were noted on my receipt. After sending five emails requesting a refund or a replacement for the missing items, I've had no reply. Terrible experience and I would not recommend buying from here!

Sent wrong flavour for the second time and haven't answered any of my return emails so I have had to order from someone else as the 10 bottles of cherry tart they keep sending im fed up with.

I have not received my order but my account states order fulfilled.
I emailed on Saturday and received an automated response stating I would be updated the next working day and I have received nothing apart from a request for a customer rating.

Simple website, easy to order, quick delivery

I purchased 10 bottles of self juice. 6 of these were fine and correct mg

4 of the bottles were orange ice and came in double the nicotine MG . They were pretty harsh

I emailed them ' no response

I emailed again incase i had sent it to wrong email address and included pictures and still no response about 10 days since the first email

At this point i dont care, not looking for order to be replaced as i went and bought new orange ices from the local VPZ shop but i am writing the review because the customer service
is poor and they just dont respond it seems

The only vape juices I now use! It’s been around 3 months and I genuinely won’t use another brand. The flavours are exactly as they say, they feel premium and vape very well.

I ordered on their website and have no news about it! Tried to reach them on their mail address but all I got was an automatic response, tried again on their website and again nothing, tried to have news about my order but can have any news about it! The costumer service is not existent. No possible way to know if your order has been sent or not, or where it is. They say deliver fast it’s been a week already.. and since I can’t know anything about my order I can’t get a refund neither but yes they took my money and no I got nothing… if you see this am still waiting atm!
