A straight forward order and delivery…
A straight forward order and delivery of smoke and heat alarms from Safe Tech.
Delivery was quick despite over a holiday weekend.
Setting up interlinked alarms and heat alarm was straight forward using YouTube video.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

The items we ordered arrived quickly…
The items we ordered arrived quickly and were exactly as ordered. The heat alarm and 3 smoke alarms were easy to put up using the plugs and screws provided with each alarm. The written instructions descrtibing how to link them up were missing some bits of info and we struggled to link al l4 alarms using them. Once we watched the video, however, the problem was clear, ie the linking process must be completed with a short time, it is no good putting the alarms up and then trying to link them, you will probaly run out of time. Once we took the 4 alarms down and put them together on a table we were able to link them quickly together.

First class detector’s from a first rate company.
I have bought 5 smoke detector , 1 heat detector and the remote control unit and they were at a first class price and I will be recommending Safe-Tech to anybody who requires to fit alarms. This is a very good company to deal with.

because of changes in Scotland I have…
because of changes in Scotland I have to buy more fire and heat alarms.. I purchase the wireless interlink so I wouldn't have to pay more money on electrician. The are excellent and so easy to link together and put up that i brought my son some too. Excellent service and product.
