Arrived on time,introduced themselves immediately and we conversed from that moment on,they immediately commenced work,explaining to me what they were doing and they did their job with only one cuppa!!Would recommend them to anybody and they were especially neat and tidy and cleaned up.Thankyou SafeGlaze.

Excellent service. The sales team were flexible to our schedules to accommodate a sales meeting. Flexible with both the survey and the instalment date. Very reasonable price, we would definetly use safe glaze again.

Very happy with our windows, we were worried after reading some bad reviews but we couldn’t be more pleased, the two men who installed our windows were lovely and cleaned up afterwards, so don’t be put off with any negative comments, we will definitely be recommending SafeGlaze, in fact one of our neighbors was so impressed they have ordered windows themselves.

Sales man are a bit pushy on the sale but once price was agreed good fast service, easy on my end super work as well, really fast and really good quality very happy

I have been very satisfied with the professional service from start to finish by SafeGlaze UK when had a replacement external oak coloured uPVC French Door installed. The initial quotation was competitive and backed up by a 15 year guarantee and after care service. Within 5 weeks of the inital quotation the unit was professionally installed yesterday by Marcus, who arrived at the agreed time, removed the old unit and installed the new unit within 3 hours. All the area was cleaned and the old unit taken away. The new french door looks brilliant and I am more than happy to recommend this company on a great job well done.

Shocking aftercare service dont answer phone call and emils head office useless

Our order was cancelled for spurious and laughable reasons. We were told, contradicting their experiences surveyors opinion, that the work was too hard to install one window the whole order was cancelled. The reason, brickwork was damaged on our bay for another cowboy double glazing installer so couldn’t do it. The surveyor who saw the issue said it was not an issue and something they deal with all the time. Despite this, I offered to have a builder on hand to work with them to deal with any issue, but then told that too much render to take off elsewhere. This is despite telling the surveyor that once windrow in the whole house was to be rerendered. I even said just fit all the other windows and leave that one window and we will sort it, but they turned down the opportunity and business to replace 20 widows and 2 doors!!

Why turn down a potential £13k of business for one window? Not offer to charge more to sort issues? My opinion, the salesman was clearly out of his depth and I noted he lost track of what he was doing when pricing and they only now picked it up, but could t even have the decency to admit that.

Lucky escape because a better company came in with better products for cheaper.

The windows and door I had fitted were excellent quality and the lads who fitted them were excellent fitters leaving no mess or any redecorating to do.
The high standard of workmanship and the quality of the windows is second to none very very pleased customer

I had my windows plus my doors fitted by an amazing crew of fitters to day 8 Oct 2018 very professional. Very polite they worked straight through np brakes np stopping for cups of tea .they cleaned up every bit of mess .I'm so very pleased with my windows I would highly recommend safeglaze .from start to end I'm one happy customer
