I was really satisfied with Ben’s work
Ben came to my place today to do an inspection and spray. I was really satisfied with his service and Ben’s friendly nature, also that he explained things to me, regarding the work that he did. I highly recommend him and the company.

We found a termite nest
We found an active white ant nest in the cavity of our bird bath it was quite huge and in close proximity of our house so we rang Safeguard & Benjamin came out 2 days later he explained to us in detail the type of termite they were and that they have many nests and can travel 50 meters, he also did a complete house inspection getting into the roof, under our deck in small openings, he was very thorough and then once he was finished he reported his findings to us, we got it in a written report and decided to get a termite barrier around the perimeter of our house, Benjamin quoted us on the spot for the barrier and we were happy to proceed for peace of mind.
Benjamin & Luke returned the following week to commence work on the barrier and they both were very mindful of cleaning up any mess they made replacing rocks, hosing paths, replacing soil.
Benjamin returned 3 weeks later to inspect the termite nest.
Great service very easy to communicate with to my many questions, thoroughly recommend these guys.....Thank you

The pest inspection for ants and the treatment was very thorough. Good information was provided on problem areas and perhaps the need for follow-up treatment. The whole experience and interaction made me confident enough to use the service again in the future.

Fantastic Service
Tracy provided a very comprehensive inspection & pest treatment at our house. He took the time to clearly explain his findings, what pest treatment was provided and advice on things to look out for / take care of as part of our ongoing pest management. We did not feel that anything was rushed at all and he was happy to answer a number of questions that we had.
I could not recommend anyone higher, thank you very much Tracy.
