For clarity, all of our bandages do include an expiry date printed on the packaging. This can be found underneath the LOT number, next to the hourglass symbol. Please note that the expiry date is written in reverse order.

As a 78 yr old, I found it a delight to deal with this company.
The product I was re-stocking HypaSoothe Burn Gel is REALLY effective and handily package.

Incorrect items suggested.
Hi. I ordered the wall holders, that you suggested that I may wish to order along with the 4 first aid kits that were already in my basket, and I also ordered 4 first aid wall stickers (that you also suggested that I may wish to buy with my other purchases).
Unfortunately, the wall holders appear to be the wrong ones, they do not hold the first aid kits in place.
I emailed yesterday detailing that we appear to have the wrong ones (not yet heard back).

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback Jane, and I’m really sorry for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused. We never want our customers to feel stuck with something that doesn’t work as expected, and I completely understand how disappointing it must be when the kits and wall brackets don’t seem to fit.
Our Customer Service Team have now been in touch with you directly to explain how the wall brackets are designed to secure the kits, by placing the bottom of the case into the bracket first, then pushing the top in until it clicks into place. This will hold the kit firmly.
If you’ve already tried this and it’s still not working, we absolutely want to put things right for you. Please feel free to reply to the Customer Service Team’s email so we can discuss the next step quickly and get this resolved to your satisfaction.
We truly appreciate your patience and for bringing this to our attention, it helps us improve.
