SafetyLiftinGear Avis

Avoid this company at all costs. We purchased an all terrain pallet truck on the 28th of September, continous issues with "delivery". Numerous emails calls and no resolution.

Today we are the 11th of October, no refund or delivery date.

We had to open a PayPal case.

Amazing quality and price (ratchet straps), delivered using next day delivery service - perfect!

Just placed an order with Kerry on the sales phone line for a Hydraulic toe jack 5 tonne. It is required on site in Bristol tomorrow. Kerry was really helpful & has organised the delivery for us as early as possible to site. Excellent Service. Thank you.

It is well made and does what it should. I have had a few of these pallet trucks over the years so I now see myself as a bit of an expert. I definitely recommend it

Great value for the money and quick delivery.

Excellent product and service have already placed a second order.

Ordered my item with ease and received it the next day. Fantastic service, will definitely be using SafetyLiftinGear in the future.

Brilliant service and the pictures don't do it justice one of the most comfortable harnesses I have worn.

We cannot praise this Company enough!! Unfortuantely, we ordered the incorrect lifting chains - absoutely our own fault, but James stepped in and arranged for the correct chains to be made up and delivered in less than 24 hours in order for our Collective Sale to go ahead.
An enormous thank you to James and his colleagues - so professional and so so helpful.

Excellent quality product and great on price will use again for sure.

Do not purchase from this company if you need to utilise any chains or slings in line with Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER). Purchases do not come with a LOLER examination. So what is the use unless you are competent and authorised to complete a report yourself.

From first contact with the team at SLG, it felt right.

With follow up conversation(s) and emails. I can say without question - this company and its staff do what it says on the label.

Even more comfortable, is the "I don't know that answer and I will come back to you!" Which Siobhan expedited efficiently!

Thank you!

Ordered online for collections the item was ready and I got a friend to collect for me.. good value for money and excellent service

Popped in on the way to pick up some large glass and picked up some glass lifting slings that I found on their website (for a good price), guys who served us were great even though we caught them mid-lunch; got us sorted and back on the road dead quick. Great service.

Dealt with Kerry Presley yesterday regarding a very urgent bespoke order i needed to place and was really impressed with her efficiency, communication, and helpfulness!

Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We received superb customer service from Kerry, who processed our order quickly and managed to send out for next day. Safetyliftingear never disappoint when we purchase from them and provide us with full technical support when required

Thanks again

Have used SafetyLiftinGear a few times. Have always found them to be quick and efficient. Good communication. When I have had to query with them I've always found Shannon to be extremely friendly and helpful!
