Prompt delivery and exceptional service
Ordered a Quick hot air station and some nozzles over the weekend. Got an email first thing Monday confirming it, with the invoice attached and asking if I needed any ESD gear to go with it (which I thought was a good touch). Turned up Tuesday, packed properly.
It was refreshing to deal with an actual person who knows what they’re selling instead of an automated order system. Kaisertech kept coming up when I was searching for where to buy repair kit in the UK and I can see why. I’ll be ordering from them again.
