Chi Cameron
I spoke this morning with Chi Cameron, as I had made an error on moving funds, via my mobile phone, from my Bank to Saffron Building society. I had made an error on my Saffron account number. Chi was extremely helpful, noted down the issue, and contacted the payment team. Within a few minutes, the issued had been resolved. I was impressed with her attention to detail and her ability to resolve my error.

I phoned Saffron because I received a text to say I had requested to withdraw money from an account I hold with them. I had not made any request and I wanted to make sure my money was safe. Stacey is the latest in a long line of Saffron staff members who have been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and thoroughly charming. It is always a pleasure to talk to a member of the Saffron family.

I had to phone twice as my phone wouldn't dill with my problem.The lady & the man I spoke to were extremely helpful & very patient with me being as I'm not very phone tech savvy.They guided me through each step to help me with my query.VERY happy.

Every time I call or go into the society everyone is so pleasant and cannot do enough for you. It’s a breath of fresh air. And an actual branch on the high street! A rarity in itself.
