Very pleasant counter clerk
Very pleasant counter clerk. Whole process was quite quick, with a bit of a wait at a busy counter. Explanations on buy back and a choice of denominations helped.

Staff were pleasant
Staff were pleasant, ordering and pick up was quick and easy.
Only suggestion is they give you your currency in a money wallet or envelope, I was given my euros as is nothing to put them in. A minor gripe.

We’re sorry an envelope wasn’t offered when you collected your currency – this should have been handled better. Travel wallets are available for 25p as part of a nationwide scheme to reduce our paper usage. This covers the cost of the wallet, with 40% donated to Just One Tree, a registered Community Interest Company (Reg. 12067406).
We’ll share your comments with our colleagues to help improve future visits.

Very quick. Helpful staff
I got a notification that my euros were ready to collect only 5 minutes after ordering! Very quick! I was given a selection of 20, 10 and 5 euro notes and was offered 5 euros in coins if I wanted them. Friendly, helpful cashier.

The young person at the counter was…
The young person at the counter was taking a considerable amount of money in dollars and the poor member of staff assisting seem to have a lot of admin to do. In regards to his money transaction. It was wet and I was wet and I waited longer than I wanted to.
There was another man in front of me but she dealt with him swiftly and she did with myself. But I can say that it is stressful for one member of staff to have a queue accumulating, there was another person behind me, with one customer taking longer than they should have. It’s a pain for me and one member of staff. If I need money again, I will allow for extra time. As I had a click and collect food order and the hour was nearly up for collection.

I used to use Travel FX for my currency but I have recently been using Sainsbury Travel Money as my go to exchange. The rates are very good and the online process it so easy to use. EXCELLENT!
