took quite a long time to come through…
took quite a long time to come through to the branch - longer than expected. When I picked the money up it was all in 20s and 10s. Bigger notes would have been easier.

While our bureaux are open during advertised hours, there may be brief closures at quieter times to allow colleagues to take their scheduled breaks.
