took quite a long time to come through…
took quite a long time to come through to the branch - longer than expected. When I picked the money up it was all in 20s and 10s. Bigger notes would have been easier.

Sainsbury’s Water Lane Farnham advertises that their travel money is open during the day 9 to 5 but when you get there they are closed so you have to make a second visit. Typical of this branch

Excellent service
I ordered my travel money on line to be picked up the next day. The site was easy to manage and within a few hours of me ordering the money I got a message to say that my currency was ready to collect the same day. Excellent service and the gentleman on the counter was very nice polite and efficient. I would definitely use the service again and recommend to my friends and family.
