Received product packed well and intact. The donabe looked beautiful . I haven’t cooked food in it yet, but I did season it and it held up well in the stove.

Beautifully design
Beautifully design! Nice packaging and delivery was all in tact as I ordered for US shipping. Customer service was very responsive. I bought it as a gift and now planning to buy one for myself. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing products - great customer service
Amazing products - I placed my first order and was so impressed I immediately ordered another set of tea cups. Customer service was great when I had a question. The tea set I ordered came in an exquisite wooden box. Really such a great experience, I can't wait to order from SAKE.treat again.

Very responsive and attentive customer service. My Sake set was delivered carefully and in a nice box for gifting, everything was safely wrapped and my set looks amazing. I was very satisfied with my experience and will look to order from them again.

I needed the san san kudo set that I ordered in less than a week. Sake.treat staff were phenomenally responsive - did everything they could to get it to me - got it to me in the US not only on time - but early - and did not charge me a fortune for shipping. The set was absolutely gorgeous. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
