I have had this meal plan service for 5 years…I have loved it and recommend it to many of my coworkers. Excellent customer service, great menu selections that change each week. Most importantly Quality meals that are easy to cook and taste amazing!

I have been ordering Tovala for years. Compared to other food delivery companies, they are leagues ahead! I have tried everyone from Factor to Hello Fresh to Ideal Nutrition and no one stacks up. Tovala’s food is delicious, the portions are huge and the price is decent. They offer 2 pack meals and 4 pack meals that cost less per person. There is almost never an issue but if there is, they are quick to respond and resolve. They’re just awesome - my husband and I order dinner 7 days a week and will probably never stop!

Personally, I've found their customer service terrific. Definitely saves time and money. Food is definitely delicious — though maybe not the healthiest (maybe lower sodium).

The Tovala oven is wonderful for a single person. It makes meal planning a breeze. You choose a week ahead and the food is delivered to your home at the same time each week. It is always perfectly prepared with all instructions included and of highest quality.

Tovala is by far the best meal service we have tried. The food is fresh, prep is minimal and the Tovala oven does the rest. Spend the extra $50 for the upgraded oven with steam. It prepares chicken perfectly!

Tovala has changed our lives. I’m so busy with school and just don’t have the time to cook like I used to on busy days. And I also use the oven when I take the time to cook my own meals. The tovala meals are so tasty we don’t go out to eat as much anymore since staying home and having a tovala is just a tasty and much cheaper than going out. So happy our friends recommended it.

Meals are tasty and instructions for preparation are easy to follow. Finished meals look as good as the photo. Food quality is superb. Cost per meal is comparable with many other services.however Tovala meals are cooked by the diner as opposed to heating the meal like a TV dinner.

The oven was an upgrade with steam feature. On top of the regular meals that come weekly, noticed that cold pizzas essentially can be toasted to their original freshness out of the oven. Meals are great, but oven really nailed it and made a difference in the quality of the food we eat.

Quality of meal and options are excellent. I can’t eat much beef, but there are plenty of options. Having cancer, I was having difficulty finding foods that either I could eat or would taste good to me. Tovala meals made a huge difference and I’m eating well now.

The meals are delicious,the instructions are easy to follow and the oven has multiple uses. These are especially good for people who want good tasty food, not precooked, and individual dinners. They do have meals for families of 4 also.

The Tovala meals are excellent. The only issue I have is that so many of the meals have over 1000 g of sodium. I love the oven. It cooks the food to perfection so easy to use and the only other problem that I have is with the delivery I’ve passed a few times I’ve showed pictures. I’ve written it down that I need to have the meals delivered to the back deck when they deliver them they bring them to the front of my home which the sun is intense and if I’m not home when they deliver, I don’t wanna have to lose all this money because the food went bad

The oven is great and works for planned meals and my own creations.
The ordering process is simple. The meals are great quality and diverse. The delivery service is consistent and reliable. I love this service!

Good food, easy to prepare

Tovala meals are delicious and take a few minutes to put together. No taking out pots and pans just follow the simple directions and in a short time I get a yummy meal fresh and delicious. So many meals to choose from I usually have trouble picking my order.

Food is excellent and customer care works hard to listen and help

Meals are well portioned and most require very little preparation. If you don't have allergies, this is a great alternative to fast food!
