Very Effective Process and Results
We got a very good and detailed explanation of what the process was, what they could do for us and what we should expect. We also got insight into the methodology of what they did -'the how'. Data came back in much better shape.

I was trying to find data enrichment…
I was trying to find data enrichment for our company and was contacted by a sales rep, Jennifer, from Sales Genie and she put me in contact with Erik from Data Axle. When I was quoted the price from Jennifer, she said nothing about how this actually works. I simply wanted to enrich my own data by finding missing information so I could load it back into my own proprietary database. She qouted me a price and said they could offer that service. After I spent a lot of time getting the csv file ready for them to do the work, I sent it off and only then, at the end, did they have their "terms" page that I would have to sign when making a payment to get the enriched data back. Guess what? They are only "renting" you this information, which you would have to buy again the following year, and their terms are ridiculous in wanting to audit your own data if they so choose to do so. It was completely misrepresented, I only wanted a one time deal to find missing data, and they wanted me to sign up as a long term customer and "rent" their data. I would caution anyone to ask for all terms and conditions up front before you ever ask them to do any work for you.

The numbers are old. Most ( 68%) are either out of service or no longer working. This is not good and is a total waste of my time and money.
