SALESmanago is one of the most intuitive and easy-to-use CDPs I’ve worked with. Because almost all of its architecture has been developed organically, every module and feature integrates naturally, making the entire platform feel cohesive and straightforward.

Building campaigns, automated marketing flows, and tactical assets (emails, landing pages, registration forms, pop-ups, web pushes, etc.) is extremely simple. You can easily attach any tactic to any step in the flow, and one of the most useful capabilities is being able to reach anonymous users through web push and retargeting. Its omnichannel features (Web, Email, WhatsApp, SMS) are also very practical and seamless to use.

A particularly powerful feature is its native audience-generation integrations with Google, Meta, and TikTok. You can build highly granular segments based on dozens of behavioral and transactional attributes within your database and sync them as audiences both inside and outside SALESmanago. This makes retargeting, remarketing, and lookalike campaigns incredibly easy to execute. The ability to refresh audiences automatically, create exclusion lists, and feed high-intent segments into ad platforms with just a few clicks adds tremendous value and simplifies collaboration between marketing and performance teams.

Another strong point is how easy the platform is to learn. With a couple of weeks of hands-on use you can master the most important features, and within a few months you can operate almost everything—including advanced functionalities. Thanks to its no-code approach, you rarely need technical support after the initial setup. Teams gain real independence, and you avoid constant dependency on IT for day-to-day operations.

Its native eCommerce integrations allow you to sync transactions, carts, purchases, customers, and product catalogs literally within hours—not days. I’ve used many Marketing Automation platforms throughout my career, and SALESmanago is honestly one of the most straightforward, powerful, and cost-effective options available.

If I had to point out drawbacks, I’d mention that customer identification relies mainly on email as the primary key. This can make it difficult to match users when you only capture phone numbers or social IDs. Its analytics capabilities are also not as advanced as a dedicated BI stack, so you may need external dashboards for deeper insights. And while WhatsApp works great for marketing communications, it’s not ideal for real conversational interactions.

Even with these limitations, the value for money is excellent. SALESmanago delivers a strong, versatile marketing automation and CDP solution that’s easy to adopt, easy to scale, and genuinely empowering for marketing teams—especially those looking for speed, flexibility, and omnichannel execution without relying heavily on technical resources.
