The company sent a wig that had nothing to do with the one I ordered. A send back would cause the customer around 40% of the price for the wig. Refund without sending it back is 15%. Don’t by anything from this company

The wig I ordered came with no instructions on how to use it or how to take care of it. There were no combs inside of the wig so basically it just sits on your head and pops off. When I tried to return it, they told me it would cost more money to return it and offered me a 15% off the bill if kept the wig. I refuse the 15% refund and said I wanted at least 50% refund which they accepted. What a waste of money. This wig will be used as part of a Halloween costume if I can figure out how to keep it on my head.

This "company" is a Chinese SCAM! They took my payment and I never heard from them again. Their page says they're in the UK but it's a typical Chinese SCAM BEWARE

I got scammed!
Bought 2 wigs for £160.00 and what arrived was a shoddy example of a wig!!!
When I complained to them they took forever to respond. They offered a 60 percent refund and keep the inferior rugs. I told them that they had advertised a 100 percent refund. But no matter what I threatened they would not do anything. Take it or post the wigs back at my expense for a possible refund. I had to except the 60 percent. Still waiting for the refund.
I never learn!!!! Don’t purchase of FaceBook! Majority are companies from CHINA!

The wig was awful. They claim that it comes from California. But it ships from China. They say they offer a full refund not true. Was then offered a 15% off refund and keep the wig which is junk. They said the shipping back would be more expensive for me. So they said keep the wig and they would give me 15% I got $4. They remove your posts from Facebook

This site makes fraudulent claims on their wigs and location. The website says ships from California. I sent the company an email for location and shipping to be sure. I received an email stating they were located and shipped from California. When I received my tracking number, it was from CHINA. I did pay extra shipping cost for 5-7 day delivery, and it arrived on time. That's the only honesty I received.

I ordered two mid length wigs in color honey brown. One straight. One curly. Both were were advertised as lace front and mono top and that hair could be parted different ways. I received one short, very blonde wig and and one was so short you couldn't even put it in a baby ponytail!! And the color was red! The tops CANNOT be parted and are matted at the part.
In addition, I have seen the exact ads, videos and photos on other China wig companies.

I have learned that it's better to save your money and buy one high quality wig from a reputable business.
