Great customer service and cleaning. Honest and hard working company!
After enquiring with many and receiving a few quotes, Samyx Cleaning was our choice for End of tenancy cleaning.
Communication and cleaning were spot on! They all were amazing in answering so many questions and keep me up to date with everything. The flat was clean and no complaints so far from the landlord.
Even when there have been some issues caused by me, they tried to accomodate and made sure I was not impacted, reducing the the stress already caused by moving house.
Quick tiip: Just make sure you enter the exact information about the size of the flat and the number of rooms and bathrooms. On the size you can add .5 bathrooms (meaning a toilet). I was not aware of but the issue was solved on the spot! Thanks a lot!!!

Not happy with the service
Not happy with the service! Booked an end of tenancy clean for a small 2 bed flat that was left in a vert tidy condition. Paid £220. Checked the flat after the clean & I had to take pictures of the smudges and spills that were still on the sofas, mantlepiece, surfaces, & an entire drawer set was left untouched. I mentioned this to Samyx -they responded right away & sent the cleaner back but the whole process was very stressful as we had already given in the end of tenancy keys. I had to trust that the cleaner was going to give the keys back, spent lots of my time checking everything once again, & trust that the same cleaner who went back did what they'd say they do, & what they should have done the 1st time around.
I understand that things can be missed, but did not expect it to be on such a large level! Didn't get an apology for the lack of professionalism & bad service..
The cleaners who arrived also did not seem to understand what I explained to them and were not friendly at all.

Didn't clean properly at all
Didn't clean properly at all! They cleaned the carpets but that's about it. A tenancy clean was disgusting and I would NOT recommend them to anyone - DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES!!!!!

Unfortunately, we didn't receive any complaint from you and we have no way of knowing. If you had notified us of any unsatisfactory cleaning we would have done our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible by returning completely free of charge to clean the unsatisfactory areas or discussing some form of compensation.
We work with many professionals, but they are also human and may make mistakes. That's why we provide a guarantee period after each cleaning service in which we can come back free of charge and fix any cleaning mistakes or compensate you in some way. All you had to do was notify us by email within the guarantee period you agreed to, before booking us. It's been almost a whole month since your service without any notice from you and unfortunately, it's too late to do anything.

Booked to have my stair carpet cleaned, the guy come in with a steamer, didn’t spk English, so that didn’t help, well as soon as he put machine on, just water the smell was awful, I wanted my carpet cleaned, ten min he finished, but all I had was wet and smelly carpet, so I got money back and now have a professional man doing it to rid off smell🤬

All our cleaning teams use professional equipment, and are professionally trained - we do not use steam cleaners - we actually use hot water extraction carpet cleaners - unfortunately, we don't want to sound condescending towards you but the smell was from the dirty water extracted from the carpets and not from our machines, all our machines are professionally cleaned after each use and serviced regularly - We have done this type of service for many years and know exactly what we are doing, we have never had any complaints over the years that we have been providing carpet cleaning from any clients.
In terms of the time it took the job, it wasn't 10 minutes, it takes 5 minutes to set the machine up correctly, it is impossible to clean the carpets correctly in 10 minutes.
We are very sad you feel disappointed with our services.

Manager Clara provided me professional advice and help on booking cleaning service, she fulfilled all my requests. Cleaners Kiril and Ivan did great job on cleaning. They removed all the limescale in the kitchen and bathroom. Everything is so cleaned. After their hard working, my flat is shining. I am very satisfied with the service.
