Ordered some Birkenstock leather clogs as a birthday present, hesitated to complete the order due to mixed reviews on Trustpilot..
Very happy to say it arrived promptly, exactly the right size and great quality item in all original manufacturers packaging - all at a reasonable price. :)
All in all, very happy to share positive feedback. Having checked further before ordering, I saw they are linked to Shore Watersports in Chichester, which based on their good profile, gave me confidence to order.
Admittedly, I didn't have the problem of exchanging or returns, but I understand increased costs on firms so I know this often comes with convenience of online purchases.

I ordered ladies size 9 sandels, lengthy wait when finally received, they had sent a size 7.5? Offered £10 credit to spend in their shop and I must pay for return shipping at approximately £10.50

Would have given 0 stars if possible. Placed 2 orders and eas given a 10 to 15 day delivery period. It is now over a month and just get fobbed off with excuses. Have asked for a refund 3times but the response is negative.

Is there a zero star.these boots are made of cardboard. It's a scam. Says satisfaction guaranteed yet customer has to pay for shipping. There is literally no cushion on sole and the chemical smell nearly knocked me out when I opened the bag

I purchased a pair of sandals. It took a month to be delivered, when they arrived they were really bad quality, very cheap and were too big for me anyway. I immediately contacted the customer service for return details for a full refund. They offered me a 10% refund if I kept the sandals. After going backwards and forwards they still were not prepared to give me the returns details. I am so out of pocket withba pair of sandals stuck in a drawer. Don't buy from this fake, dodgy company. So angry and frustrated.

ordered some vionic sandals when they arrived they were not what I wished they were rather under quality...... Which is nothing to do with sandal shop however on my attempt to return them I have gone round to this webpage a few times unable to identify our link that works for returning they all have the error codes as does contacting them..... Once I was able to contact them... After I had spent some time in the end endless automated call system.

I was told an email with be with me within five minutes with my return details and label....... Nothing in the inbox nothing in the junk box now I'm stuck in the endless automated call line to get back to them
