I worked with Tom. Really nice young man and I believed in him. He kept pushing to get one more month telling me things would get better and 2500.00 in and not one "real" lead. I think I would have been OK but when I attempted to ask for just a few leads in exchange for 2500.00 investment and instead accepting the leads were poor he tried to make it look like we got leads and didn't close them. We have a very high close rate of at least 75%. So I was not and am not happy but could have been happy with some attempt at helping.

Signed up with them in November 2025. Writing this review on 3/3/2026 after having a final call with Sandboxmotion. Campaign was never launched and NO RESULTS have been achieved. A million excuses blaming the world and circumstances. I guess this one is on me - should have read the reviews on these guys. $3500 later I have ZERO bookings.

I'll Start out by saying "Shame on me" for not reading the reviews in Trust Pilot. My experience with Sandbox Motion was a complete waste of time and money. They wasted hours of my time having me fill out endless questions about my business, customers... and on and on. The only problem is they never read any of it but instead used inane AI generated pap that a third grader could develop.
They set up maybe one domain and sent out a minimum of emails most of which dwell forever in someone's spam filter. My business is pretty simple-I provide a variety of business finance solutions but the communication never conveyed this simple message in a way that sentient humans can comprehend and respond to.
Long story short: six wasted months, $660/month wasted/ NET APPPOINTMENT: 1/Sales:0
Don't make my mistake and sign up with these grifters!!

I was a bit sceptical at first since i didn’t know anything about email marketing, but i got what i paid for and they delivered quality leads, as i was promised.

Not sure what all the fuzz is about, Tom and the rest of the team have been super helpful and supportive the whole way through this partnership.

We are now landing clients consistently, not a lot, but at least we know that our sales team has something to do with;))

Overall really good experience, the guys are professional, on point and the results was better than expected. One of the guys I think he's name was Timus, we hit if off immediately, great lad.

The lengths I have gone to to find a proper lead generation company that actually works on commission without the crazy setup fees everyone has is crazy.

Honestly, so pleased with the work Sandbox is putting in, and even though it did take some changes to the campaigns then it was worth it in the end. The first month we didn't see much but we're 3 months in now and have signed 4 new clients and have a full pipeline.

Also, Tom is great! Sandbox, make sure you let him know!

I joined Sandbox not going into with the highest of expectations due to be burnt by other lead generation companies in the past however with the results that I got it change my perspective completely

All I had to do was sit back and take the calls that they booked in for me as they handled everything for me

The communication with the team was exceptional answering all my questions and also helping me when I was concerned

They were right it is never going to be a quick fix it does take time but when you trust the process and give the time they need you will get results

I’m sharing my experience with Sandbox Motion to help others avoid the same situation.

I paid $650/month for a cold email lead generation service. The agreement (as advertised on their website and in their ads at the time) included:

A dedicated email addresses for my business

Cold email outreach on my behalf

A money-back guarantee if results were not delivered

They would take 15% of any sales generated

What happened:

No results were delivered.

No sales were generated.

The service quality was extremely poor and not what was advertised.

When I decided to stop service and requested my refund (per their guarantee), they refused.

Things got worse after that:

They refused to give me the email address I paid for.

I later discovered they only used one email address with multiple aliases, despite claiming they purchased 100 individual email addresses at $6.50 each.

They did not disclose that they are a Thailand-based company (they use an American salesperson, which is misleading).

After I requested a refund, they removed the money-back guarantee from their site — I have screenshots proving it existed at the time of purchase.

After researching further, I found multiple complaints on Reddit and Trustpilot describing similar experiences, including refund refusals and misleading claims.

I’m currently disputing the charge through my bank due to services not rendered, misrepresentation, and refusal to honor a stated refund policy.

Posting this so others can do their due diligence before working with them.

Absolutely unprofessional click bait emails sent out-they do not listen to anything especially the industries and locations you are targeting....you know what you're paying them to do- but ABSOLUTELY expect their payment. I am contacting my attorney as we speak. Emailed November 3rd and Canceled due to above mentioned issues and no results whatsoever. I never received an email even acknowledging that I sent an email. But don't worry! They took another payment and text me "best of luck" at 3:43am CST this morning. DO NOT USE THESE FRAUDS!!!!! I should have listened to all of the negative reviews I found online but I didn't. I literally spent nearly a month receiving leads from 4 hours outside of my working radius. Then after everything was supposed to be fixed on their end, without my permission, they responded to one of those leads saying it was ok to put my company on their vendor's list for future work. The list of negative items associated with this company is a mile long. They will literally spam people until you can't even walk into the business they're emailing and hand out business cards because they are so tired of hearing from you, essentially causing damage to your business's reputation. PLEASE SMALL BUSINESS OWNER'S DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! They can not deliver what their contracted to deliver.

Horrible, stay away from them if you care to save your money and reputation. Despite these young guys are nice their professionality talks itself... campaigns totally unsuccessfull, writing wrong variables to the 5 ONLY leads that they found me in 5 months, writing wrong company names and leaving open variables like {variable_name}, promising a closer that never actually even answered once in months .... (To not mention that I didnt even close one single client from them). Unbelievably horrible service, you can make it yourself with instantly software and not paying that much, and for sure making it better... such a big delusion to have invested my last money in them they promised something they couldn't keep and also promised a refund that never arrived... as an excuse they gave me another 2 months of their free services, toattlly usueless again, actually only ruined my reputation more and I even had to pay again. Please never invest in them if you have few money spared.

We are an agency that does direct marketing for ecom brands. I knew that it isn’t easy to get in touch with qualified shops, so that was the reason why I wanted to try it with the Sandboxmotion team. A young dynamic team was a good fit for me.

The goal was:
find qualified ecom shops in the US market that book a call in my calendar, I close them, and Sandbox gets a commission from it.

I had to pay $650/month (total: $1,300) for the domains and inboxes so the system could run (+ my $97/m Instantly account). I said that if they have the right experience to pull this off in my niche, this price is okay.

2 months later, after +45,000 sent emails and a lot of copywriting testing… not a single qualified lead booked a call (and I really mean booked.... so not like there was a problem with no-shows or anything).
(Qualified lead for us-> ecom brand has more than 300 web visitors/ day on the low end)
We got 2 brands that were kinda interested in it... but both of them don`t even have a good working store, or the essentials to be even half of qualified in working with us

After investing this money without a single result, I got an offer from them → They would pay 50% of the last month payment ($325) and they would “give everything” to see results.

I declined that offer because why should anything change now just because I pay half of it? If they are really convinced that it will suddenly work, then I was assuming a different offer will work better for both parties: if they are really so confident in their skills, they should fully cover the last payment and get a higher commission (+66% more for them). They declined, and we ended the cooperation.

Maybe they can deliver results for other niches, but I didn`t see any results.

Normally I don`t write reviews but...wouldn’t recommend it for business like mine... and also, if you want to do cold email outreach, it doesn’t need to be this expensive for domains and inboxes at this volume. Now I run it myself.

all the ads said it was performance based and pay as you go, start for free, etc. They wanted a few thousand up front. False advertising.

I had a screening call with them, they almost got me. Aside from pay per close, you are locked in a 6 month contract at $750 a month. I asked about what happens if you don't get any clients in the first 3 months, do you have to pay for the remaining 3? She said that won't ever happen because I will get clients. But what if I don't? They say its impossible to not get clients, but they are unwilling to make any contractual guarantee, likely because there are people who don't get clients, and they need them to pay up. In other words "Nothing will go wrong, but if it does, that's a you problem".

It seems I’m not the first to say this. Offered my second month free because yes they will get you lots of leads, but not a single conversion! Complete waste of money. We have a very in depth follow up process with huge conversion on our own leads so thought we’d ad marketing to accelerate it. Tried to charge $1200 for the privilege for one month with no a single penny on conversion in return. They acknowledged the results were so bad they would do the following month free of charge but still took the funds! I disputed it to my bank and they completely lied so the funds were paid to them again. I am continuing to dispute it. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. Complete fraud.

The guys at sandbox know what they are doing and will find the precise leads you need

The first month is slow simply for the fact that you have to do a bit of prep then it’s testing period after that
You do get a consistent interest of people that they contact in your name

Sandbox complained that I made a review before the service was over, so this is my final review in February 2026 after our service was concluded in November of 2025.

I would never recommend working with this company again. You can look me up on LinkedIn and confirm I am a real person. This review reflects my personal experience and opinion as a former client and is not a statement of fact about the company’s intentions or practices.

For starters, on their website, they list themselves as an Instantly partner. When I contacted Instantly support directly about my account, I was told they could not confirm Sandbox as an official partner.

Not only that, but Instantly told me that my account was possibly one of the worst they had ever seen and that much of the backend wasn't even operating correctly, much like I had tried to bring up with the Sandbox team.

I had tried several times to bring up my concerns with Tom, and even spoke with Lucas.

I personally felt disrespected and dismissed in ways that made me uncomfortable as a woman during our interactions. One meeting was spent talking in circles and left me in tears because of how it came across. Any attempt to find a resolution or find a middle ground was met with disrespect.

On November 13th- my account showed 117.3k emails sent with a 0.7% reply rate. I had one meeting booked the whole time working together, and that one meeting was not even a good fit.

In hindsight, the expectations set during the sales calls did not align with the results I experienced. I would go back in a heartbeat and tell myself or anyone to not work with them. I understand cold outreach is difficult to get right, but it's the lack of respect and customer service that makes it hard to work with.

Just wanted to provide an update on October 3rd. After I left the review, I got a meeting scheduled with them. I was not really offered any solutions and was told my review wasn't good for our "partnership" as I hadn't given them the full length of the contract to prove how they could help me. You can read the stats below, but I believe enough emails had been sent to prove whether it would work or not.

They did rework the campaign and find new leads and the last campaign did result in an "increase" in leads from before. As in it resulted in a 1.3% open rate and had 14 people interested, with only 1 meeting booked. That one meeting was with someone that wasn't really a good fit. I'd think that 4 months and 145.7k total emails sent is enough data to know how to make this work, if you truly know how to do this. 8,888 emails were sent, so that was quite disappointing in my book. They repeatedly tell me this is a "partnership" and we have to work together, but I felt like no responsibility was taken on their part to fix things. I am stuck in the 6 month contract though and will have spent nearly $4k just to get nothing and a lot of frustrating arguments.

If anything, the only thing they say is that I should have provided a portfolio sooner to send to clients. I still don't think having that together would make that big of a difference when you look at the volume number.

Regardless of the results, the customer service and the way I've been treated has frustrated me. Even if I suddenly got 100 new clients over night with their system, I wouldn't renew the contract.

They've sent well over 90k emails and have generated maybe 5 interested people and zero meetings. For that volume, I've been raising concern repeatedly. I'm just told my offer isn't good enough.

Which is funny considering I expressed concern about being too early on in the sales process and was reassured I would be fine and "we'll waive the second month since you'll have results by then."

If the lack of results isn't startling enough, I've been looking into the domain health on our accounts and they aren't even where they should be. It looked like there was a week or 2 where it wasn't even running properly.

This has been a waste of my money and I would NEVER recommend working with them. When I ask to speak with an owner or supervisor, they dodge questions and say they are working on it. You'd be better off doing cold email yourself.

If I could give zero stars I would.

Ben is an absolute scammer hence being based in Thailand so he cannot be traced for his fraudulent behaviour.

They suckex £1.5K from me with the promise of results but nonsense after nonsense excuse is what I hear.

First month is ‘It’s too early to see results’

Second month is ‘We aren’t responsible for performance’

Third month is ‘our apologies’

They kept saying next month something will happen.

I 100% recommend staying away from this company and instead working with a legitimate marketing company.

Don’t waste time or money here.

Total scam. Never work with them. The whole thing is fake. Do not use this service.
