Really rated the honesty from the team. No fluff, no fake hype, no telling you what you want to hear just to make a sale. They were very straight with me about what needed improving, what would work, and what wouldn’t. That kind of honesty is rare and it made me trust the process a lot more. 10/10.

James domain expertise in getting us started was critical. Furthermore, no fake sales speak, straight shooter, tells us how it is, what will work what won't. Clearly has been invested in our success. Would highly recommend James and his team.

I was given a 12 hour warning, 2 hour warning, 5 minute warning about when our meeting time was.

I was made to return an email and a text to say “YES” I would be attending.

I waited for 15 minutes and no one on their end entered the meeting.

They demand that you respect theirs and then wasted mine. I am so disappointed, I was looking forward to this.

They followed up with a text 30 minutes(ish) later to apologize.
Claiming they were having customer difficulties.

Then called me for 30 minutes in response to this 1 star review. The customer service is good but I cannot speak to their services apart from the fact they did not attend the meeting and then genuinely did their best to apologize.

Wish I found these guys sooner. James is a legend. Helped me really scale our agency and have referred him to basically everyone I know and he over delivers. Has worked with some big names in the online space as well but he is so humble - doesnt really talk about them much.
