Richard provided a meticulous Level 2 Home Survey Report for our property purchase. The attention to detail provided in his analysis was exactly what we were hoping for. Very helpful, freindly and efficient service. All information regarding type of survey, cost, whats included etc was very informative. Survey was carried out within a week and verbal reporting was within 24 hrs and full written report was sent within a week of the survey. The report was comrehensive and detailed including photographs.

If i had any criticism at all, the costs could be a little cheaper, to favor using a local supplier rather than a national.
