Island Vacations of Sanibel & Captiva Avis 

The condo was super clean and exactly as advertised. Easy after hours check-in and check-out. We will use Island Vacations next time we come to Sanibel for sure!

Great to work with, utmost professionals! Beth and Paige were always immediately available, and very pleasant on the phone when I called with questions. They provided me with specific details so I had a clear understanding of the agreement and specifics about the property. I love how organized Island Vacations are; picking up the packet with keys and information to the property after hours was exactly where they said it would be, and the packets themselves and the content in the packet is very well organized and detailed. Island Vacations also make checkout after hours very easy and stress-free.

The staff at Island Vacations has continually provided excellent service. From helping make our reservations to check in to responding to any questions we've had, they've been polite, efficient, and professional throughout. We highly recommend Island Vacations to anyone looking to spend time on Sanibel.

My husband and I rented a house with Island Vacations of Sanibel this past March and were so pleased with all aspects of the rental. From the start the staff was helpful, professional, and efficient. Checkin was quick and easy. The house was all we hoped it would be and more. No issues, very beautiful and very clean. Checking out was simple as we departed early morning and left our key in the drop-off box. Excited that we rebooked for next year and will be again working with the staff at Island Vacations.

We had problems with the dryer in the condo leaving black marks on our white/light colored garments. We notified Island Vacations about our problem. They sent repairmen two different times to our condo over the 6 weeks that we were there.. Each repairman spent no more than 2-3 minutes checking out the dryer. Couldn’t seem to find the problem, then left. No one ever attempted to fix anything. Our clothes continued to be stained by these black marks.
Very poor service, poor communications, nothing was ever addressed or repaired. We really like the condo, otherwise, and will be returning next year with the hopes that in a years time the dryer issue will be addressed.
It is unlikely that we will be compensated for the clothes that were ruined, but an apology would have been nice!

White Sands 15 is a great unit. They have chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Kitchen was well stocked. Pool and barbecue area a great. Wheel chair accessible from parking lot to the end of the beach walkway. Balcony furniture was great and table seating for 6. Our front screen door was broke upon arrival and maintenance had it repaired on Monday morning. Plenty of parking spots. Beach towels were also in the closets. The unit had portable fans available and extra linens. The check in staff was friendly and inviting.

We were very impressed with the management staff at Island Vacations. The dryer in our unit wasn’t working before we arrived and they were ordering parts and sending repair guys to fix it. One of the staff ladies offered to take our laundry home and do it for us until it was fixed. Wow, thats service! This wasnt necessary because my husband was able to repair it and it worked great all week. Still, it was sweet of her to offer and certianly not expected. They provided us with extra linens and towels because of the inconvenience and checked on us regularly to be sure all was well. Five stars from me and no complaints. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to call out home away from home for a week.

Great as always! Clean, updated, and wonderful condo for our family. We stayed in B4 last year, this year, and already rebooked B4 for 2023!

This was an incredible stay with zero issues for our spring break.
It was a perfect condo for our perfect Sanibel vacation . The condo was clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked with extras (beach towels, beach chairs, extra pillows, etc.). There is a fabulous view of the Gulf of Mexico, and a family friendly pool,and hot tub. The beach is gorgeous and covered with unique sea 🐚 .So many nice restaurants within miles, excellent bike riding trails and 20-30 minute ride to Captiva Island.
We would absolutely (and hope to!) stay here again!

Check-in process was very easy. Staff was responsive when we called. Would definitely use them again if renting a place in Sanibel.

This is a nice condo. Sliding door was repaired right away. Frying pans in good shape but pots are unusable as the coating is coming off the inside. Biggest problem is no landline available when internet not working. Hot water scarce.

Island Vacations was a dream to work with! Pleasant, efficient and organized is the way I would describe Island Vacations. We would love to book through Island Vacations again but alas, their units are already booked for next year. We have fingers crossed for some cancellations.

Island Vacations was great to work with. The condo we rented from them was exactly as described. Check in and communication with staff was timely and professional. I would definitely rent with them again in the future.

Aside from the efficient check-in & check-out accommodations, I want to again say THANK YOU to the staff for making parking accommodations for us. This is what I consider above and beyond the expectations of great customer service.
Also, the unit was very well-stocked, clean and accommodating. Great location and quiet, too.

The Loggerhead Cay condo I rented from Island Vacations of Sanibel was very nice. It was very nicely decorated and very clean upon our arrival. A wind storm went thru about an hour before we were taking possession and one of the lanai screens was blown out of the window. I called Island Vacations and they immediately sent someone to fix it! Excellent service, thanks Island Vacations.
