Beautiful villa on the beach in a great location. Close to Holetown for shops and restaurants. Organisation prior to our arrival was first class and staff on arrival welcoming and friendly.
Villa tastefully decorated, very well equipped and our first meal with our cook was delicious.

Cayman Contentment
The experience has been nothing short of perfect. I have dealt with Thais Tirloni (property selection)and Mary Morris (details of the week) in the planning of our family trip to the Cayman Islands in February.

Windjammer Landing St. Lucia
Stayed in a villa at Windjammer Landing & Resort in St. Lucia. While the overall experience with Exceptional Villas and Windjammer was good, there are some things they fail to mention and I was not overly impressed with Windjammer. There were some little things that added up, which made me decide this would not be a place I would stay at again. All inclusive is quite expensive and the expectation is that everything would be kept stocked at all times. None of that happened. We had to call over and over to get items like water and soda restocked. Towels were left in a bag outside the door or on the floor somewhere. Sugar and creamer for the coffee was always out and multiple calls had to be made to get it restocked. This is not the type of service I was expecting.
Exceptional Villas fail to mention all the stairs in the villa and the pictures do not show them either. Constant up and down 27-33 steps multiple times a day is not ideal for older guests and should be mentioned. The villa itself is quite dated and not what I am used to when described as luxury.
Windjammer restaurants are good. Food is excellent. However, the majority of options require a reservation which is not ideal if you don't want to be tied down to a schedule. Also, some of the restaurant service is very slow. 3 hours for dinner is pretty lengthy especially if you have children. Windjammer convenience store is great to have but they charge different prices to different people for the same items. This happened to us several times at the store and the souvenir shop.
Overall, we had a good time and St. Lucia is beautiful. We have visited the country several times but I wanted to try a different experience. We will definitely be going back to Sandals for future Caribbean vacations.

We are very sorry to hear that certain aspects of the service and villa experience did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the restocking of items, housekeeping consistency, and the overall level of service you anticipated from an all-inclusive resort. We completely understand how these issues, when added together, can detract from what should be a seamless and relaxing holiday, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
We would like to note that our team has personally stayed at Windjammer Landing on multiple occasions, and based on our own experiences, we would not have expected the service concerns you described. That said, your feedback is extremely important, and we will be raising each of the points you mentioned directly with the resort management so they can review and address them internally.
Regarding the villa layout and stairs, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. While the hillside setting is part of what creates Windjammer’s stunning views, we agree that the number of steps can be challenging for some guests and should always be clearly communicated. We will review how this is presented to ensure future guests are fully informed before booking.
We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the food, restaurants, and the beauty of St. Lucia, and that overall you still had a good time on the island.
