Usually I just rent a suit but I finally purchased my first suit from these guys and I have to say, they knocked it out of the park! Incredibly fast shipping, responsive customer support, and a quality product. Had to get the pants hemmed a bit more to my liking and even the tailor commented how well the garment was made.

I am up to 5 suits and 7 pairs of non suited pants. There will be more. I’ve tried made to measure suits from a few other websites but the quality of work, the options available and the customer service to get the perfect fit for me has been head and shoulders above the others.

I was impressed with the order process. The virtual sizing worked well. The fit was excellent. Read the hints the tools give during the data entry and send them a picture and add notes. The fabric quality and stitching is excellent as well.

I reside in a semi-tropical environment and was seduced to purchase two linen vests to replace the formality of a jacket — one vest marine blue and the other deep teal—and couldn’t be more pleased. The tailoring is impeccable, offering a lining, along with a flattering fit with just the right structure and ease. The linen fabric is of outstanding quality—light, breathable, and luxuriously textured. Both colors are rich and true to the online pictures, versatile enough for casual or refined styling. I was wary at first because there was little third party info online about Sartoro, but I am very pleased with the experience! I first ordered a fabric swatch and I was happy with the quality of the fabric. If you have measurements ready from a tailor. Self-measurement likely produced some errors on my end, but the Sartoro team was quick to ask for information for adjustments and sent me a remake within a few weeks. They also reimburse up to a certain amount for minor adjustments that can be made at a tailor. Overall, I am very happy with the results and the tux fits great!

AMAZING 2nd experience with online custom suiting. My first experience with another clothier was NOT good - spent money and got a jacket I couldn't wear with no warranty to make it right from the brand. I'm so glad I discovered Sartoro because their tech and their fitting process just WORKS.

My experience with Sartoro was exceptional! First, I must say that the material of the suit was not cheap and the color was as shown on the website!!! The process for measurements were easy and though we had a minor revision, they prioritized my need and got it done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them!

I bought 3 suits from 3 different companies to compare. By far this was the best fabric for about the same price. The measurements were done perfect. One detail is that I wanted a slim fit pants and they sent a classic fit, so I was disappointed until I found a brochure inside my package stating that if I wasn’t completely satisfied I can bring my suit to my tailor and they reimburse me the arrangement… I didn’t find that anywhere else. Good job Sartoro, you amazed me.

That fabric is stunning and the quality of the craftsmenship is just awesome. My suits fit perfect and easily pull attention towards them, whenever I wear them. First time buying from Sartoro. The customer service was amazing. I ordered a pair of pants, but we were a little bit off on the sizing- very possibly due to mis-measurements on my side. A few emails, a couple of pictures, and a remake later, it is a perfect fit! I am tall and slim and have issues with pants being too large in the thigh and seat. I worked with Tessa in Sartoro's support team and discussed the changes that I wanted to make. She made recommendations, and together, we came to the right measurements. Now that I have the perfect fit, I WILL be ordering more.

I ordered a tuxedo shirt for myself for my wedding and upon receiving the shirt I realized it was missing the button spaces that would allow for studs to be inserted. I quickly emailed Sartoro to inquire more about the mishap and they responded immediately with a few questions and then shipped out a new, correct, replacement shirt.
