I had an exceptional experience with Sartoro. Investing in a suit without trying it on first or having previous experience with the company is always a bit of a leap of faith, but I'm so glad I did.

The quality and fit of the suit were perfect—blazer, pants, vest, and dress shirt all fit like a dream, no additional alterations needed. The bespoke customization exceeded my expectations - I've purchased over a dozen suits in the past decade, and this Sartoro suit probably fits the best.

Sartoro's team was super responsive and provided top-notch customer service. Apple Ramos ensured a smooth process despite a few UX issues on the website regarding saved customization preferences. After resolving those issues, the production and delivery time was insanely fast.

A big thanks to Andy Fine for his helpful advice on customizing the suit. His fashion expertise, thoughtfulness, and patience made this a white-glove, luxury experience.

I don't know the Sartoro team personally—I found them on Google and wasn't asked to write this review. I'm just genuinely impressed with the quality of their work and hope they continue to succeed because they truly deserve it.

10/10 recommend using Sartoro! We were between a few options and landed on Sartoro for the customizable and user-friendly portal. Jordan was incredible in helping my dad custom measure a suit to fit comfortable around handicap conditions. Making sure people feel comfortable and confident was important to us and Sartoro helped us do that so easily!

It's also really nice being able to track who's ordered so we can remind our groomsmen and avoid any last minute chaos!

This is my 2nd time ordering from Sartoro, and it was yet another amazing experience. My whole experience with Sartoro was exceptional, in every way. From the ease of ordering, to the high quality suit that arrived, the perfect fit when I tried it on for the first time. All of it. It was so easy, that I didn’t really trust it, and I kept an eye out for other options if the suit was funky when it arrived. I’d give 10 stars if I could. I’d give 100. When I put it on, my fiancé flipped out. She had a small quibble with the buttons, which I had selected as a custom order, so I reached out to my customer service rep, Apple, and she sent me a replacement packet of buttons immediately, easy peasy. Sartoro made the experience of buying a custom suit one that was seamless and a delightful experience from start to finish! From a few short measurements, Sartoro was able to deliver me a custom suit in less than 2 weeks! Even when the pants needed some extra alterations (probably a measurement mistake from my end) they reimbursed me for the alteration costs! I will ordering from them again in the near future and cannot recommend them enough! Their customer service and quality of suits is unmatched!

Jordan was a great help with guiding me through ordering a suit online for my wedding. He helped me to decide on some of the customizations I should get, along with what shirt I would look best with my suit. Jordan was also absolutely phenomenal when it came to helping out with the orders from my groomsmen. I wound up having a bit of a miscommunication with one of my groomsmen about what exactly to order, and when I contacted Jordan about it, he got it straightened out right away. Superb customer service from him. I was a bit nervous about ordering a suit online, as I was unsure of how well it would fit, but after inputting all my measurements, my suit arrived in under a month fitting almost perfectly. The jacket needs minor alterations that I still have yet to have done (the reasons for which are completely unrelated to Sartoro), but otherwise the jacket fits my torso better than any other suit jacket I've ever worn. The shirt fits both my neck and the rest of my torso the way that a shirt should fit comfortably (which NEVER happens for me). The vest and tie are both exactly what I expected - well fitting and they feel like quality materials. I have to talk about the pants because they are the best part of the suit that I ordered. For starters, the pants fit absolutely perfectly right out of the box - extremely comfortable, and not restrictive or loose anywhere. The pants of my suit are the BEST fitting pair of pants I have ever put on in my entire life. Value for money when ordering a suit is also excellent, with the fit out of the box being far better than anything at a typical retail store. Sartoro also beats some typical retail stores in price for their suits as well. I got a 3 piece suit, including a shirt, from Sartoro for what the sticker price of a jacket and pair of pants would have been at another retailer. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the suit I got from Sartoro, and the experience was relatively easy. I highly recommend them for suits.

I bought this suit for my niece’s wedding. They got the sizes right from the measurements I gave them, and it fits really well. I put it on for the wedding in a hotel room that didn’t have a full length mirror, so I left the room wondering whether I looked ok. As I walked out of the room, a woman who happened to be walking by said, “Wow! You look splendid!” I said, “Oh, I’m glad to hear that. I was wondering how it looked since I didn't have a full length mirror.” She said, “You look amazing!” I think Sartoro did me well. Thank you, Sartoro!

I had an outstanding experience with Sartoro for my wedding suit and custom pants for my groomfolk. The fit of my suit, achieved via their digital tailor, was absolutely perfect and required no further tailoring. Initially, the local tailor I consulted was skeptical of online suit companies, claiming they rarely fit well on the first try. However, he was genuinely impressed, exclaiming that my suit was "[the] perfect fit".

Another groomsman ordered his custom pants with less than two weeks to the wedding, and Sartoro went above and beyond to rush the order (normally taking 3-4 weeks) at no extra cost, ensuring they arrived on time.

I'm typically hesitant about online-only ordering, but with Jordan’s support and dedication, I felt completely at ease. I ordered a suit with Sartoro entering my measurements as instructed through their helpful videos. I received it and while it’s a beautiful suit, great color, great quality the sleeve was a little short, the chest a little tight and the pants about an inch too short. I reached out to the customer support and the representative helped me immediately…no run around. They had me take a picture of myself in the suit and I also described where it’s off. I also explained that I had a wedding at the end of the month. I was shipped a new suit within a week and happy to say it fits like a glove. This is a company that cares not only about the product they’re making but the customer the product is going to. Couldn’t be more impressed.

It was so easy to do and I could tell that the staff cares. Apple Ramos was a huge help. Apple got back to me very quickly and double checked that all my measurements were correct. My suit fits perfectly and looks great.

As a member of the wedding party, it was easy for me. I just had to follow the link that was provided, and the suit were queued up with all the selections. The original pictures that I provided weren’t the best, but the tailors worked with me to get better pictures and also accurate measurements with good instructions. The suit ended up fitting great. It was comfortable while being form fitting and not baggy. Also, a nice touch was the accent thread color on a couple buttons for the shirt that I added on to the order (matching the unique suit color). Overall, I had a good experience!

Additionally, I ordered a custom bamboo shirt. While the material and craftsmanship were top-notch, the fit was unusually tight across all areas. It's wearable now, but any slight change in my body size could render it uncomfortable. This experience suggests that Sartoro might favor a tighter fit, so it might be wise to discuss preferences explicitly for those who prefer a bit more room.

Despite the issues with some of the fits, my experience with Sartoro has been largely positive. They offer quality materials, excellent customer service, and a user-friendly website. The fabrics are great. You’ve gotta be smart enough to know what you’re buying and the look you want for the upcoming event.
The linings are wonderfully tailored.
Their online measurements is fairly spot-on and when they question something they let you know! Literally measure twice, cut once.
The customer service at so many levels is bar none the best. So communicative back and forth that is accretive to an enjoyable experience not normally associated with a box store trying to do it online, but so much less expensive than a custom tailor domestically.
They have “the formula”.
Definitely worth a third jacket.
