My fiancé and I could not be happier with our custom-made shirts! They fit perfectly and we didn't even need to leave our house. The online consultation with Andy was quick, easy, and painless! The website measurement portal was intuitive. The tailor had just a few follow-up clarification questions and was very easy to work with. It didn't impede the timeline at all. Now we are ready for wedding day!

Sartoro took the time to take my measurements and educated me on how to take my measurement by myself! Great service, swift responses and the suit was awesome. High Quality and fit me perfectly! Will definitely be ordering more suits!

First of all, I'm a Mascish human and I was afraid of suit shopping. This experience was the perfect mix of not having to try anything on and getting exactly what I wanted. The color is perfect, the measurements are perfect, and everything fits perfectly. After my initial measurements were sent in they did email me back (right away) and get additional pictures. Because of that, it was exactly how it needed to be. I can't wait to wear this on my wedding day and get some custom pants and jackets for the future!

Extremely comfortable, perfect fit. This is my second suit. I asked for a number of alterations (boot cut, athletic cut vs slim fit) and they were very accommodating. I like the customization that you can do to truly make it your suit.

Process has been incredible from start to finish. Working with an actual human being, designing a sweet looking suit, filling out the fit profile, and receiving a very high quality, perfectly fitting garment right out of the box? Hard to believe, but it happened to me.

I ordered a suit for my husband for Christmas. The suit is beautifully made, the fabric gorgeous, but the fit was off a bit, and so we have to have the jacket altered. The support team at Sartoro helped us every step of the way, giving us store credit and also credit for a next order, which we will do for sure. Had a great experience utilizing Sartoro to buy a suit for my upcoming wedding in February. The online tailoring system was very easy to follow and the questions sent by the tailor after I submitted my measurements were easy to answer. After receiving my suit, I took it to a local tailor for some minor adjustments and Sartoro sent me a reimbursement for more than half of the tailoring bill. Excellent Support. The product is about what you would expect for the price. I had to have some alterations done, which was a quick and easy process to get the alterations refunded. We got these suits for our wedding party and the price came in just a bit higher than what a rental was going to be. Definitely something I can get some more use out of.

Sartoro did a great job tailoring the suits for my five groomsmen, myself and my dad for my wedding day. The staff at Sartoro were generous with their time, kindly answering my questions and providing recommendations. The materials felt great, the tailoring was spot on and the photos turned out great.

I had no problem with the customer service and the suit is OK. Great material and I like the jacket. It fits very good and is correct length and sizing. The pants are not my style. I sent in my measurements and they feel like I'm wearing skin tight leggings that I can barely move in let alone sit down without feeling like I'm going to blow the seams out. I actually bought a different pair of slacks from Mens Warehouse to wear after the wedding for the reception. I took these to a tailor and there is barely enough material left to bring them out so I didn't bother. When asked why they were tight, thats just the way they are supposed to be. So, in short, great job on the jacket but wouldn't recommend the pants. Just not my style of slacks.

The experience of using Sartoro for my wedding outfit was (mostly) great. I absolutely love my tux and the ability to work with the Sartoro team to find a custom color/fabric was a huge plus. I still look back at the wedding pics and love the way I looked in my tux. It is a great quality tuxedo that I plan to keep for the rest of my life.

My best man also ordered a tux through Sartoro and was less happy with his experience. While the tux looked great in the end, when it was originally delivered it did not fit him well. I'm pretty sure he did the automated sizing option rather than inputting manual measurements. I suspect that he just answered some of those automated sizing questions poorly, because I also used the automated sizing option and it worked great for me. Either way, he ended up having to get the tux resized/hemmed with a tailor, which added some stress and extra cost.

Overall, I definitely recommend Sartoro. If you go with the automated measurements option, have someone close to you double check your answers about your body type/shape.

The suits were amazing especially the emerald green color couldn’t find it anywhere else. It was exactly what we were looking for. We are so happy with the service and the quality of the suits. If any of my groomsmen had an issue with the suit, they fixed In a very timely manner . I’ve recommended it to multiple people getting married this year.
