easy
We just needed s storage space to put all of our extra stuff that was crowding our house. It is cheap and easy to access. I haven't had any issues and the people working there are very nice and accommodating.

Price
they told me that my unit was $75.00 a month but I got bill for $77.00.
Also I did transfer to a smaller unit. They say I was getting a credit of $28.00 but my first bill with the new unit was $69.00 I don't see that credit.

OPINION OF STOR-ALL
AN OVERPRICED, PROFESSIONAL-RUN STORAGE COMPANY THAT RAISES PRICES TO THE POINT THAT CUSTOMERS LEAVE - ONCE CANCELLATIONS ARE EXCESSIVE MAYBE THEY BECOME SOFTER ON ANNUAL INCREASES BUT I HAVE NOT SEEN THEM LET UP YET. AM CURRENTLY SHOPPING FOR OTHER STORAGE OPPORTUNITIES.

Awesome choice for your storage needs!
The staff at the Lyndon Stor-All is very nice. I appreciated that I was able to use their truck to haul my things to storage. Who does that in these times?? Their rates are competitive and the units are very clean. I used an Internet promo and was able to get my first month free. I highly recommend them for your storage needs.

I have not had one bad experience with the Dixie highway store. leslie is more than nice and is very courteous. She always gives me a call on the day of my billing if i have not paid, friendly reminders are appreciated.

Overall I have no immediate issues. I do not like the fact that before I have been here for one year my rates were increased??? Just because some other company did it so that was norm? RIDICULOUS!!!! Charge a fair price for rental, hold the price for a year then adjust. Adjusting my rent ,"just because you can", is awful business practice.

We are sorry for any confusion and inconvenience that this has caused you. We are currently looking into this matter. While our manager was correct in stating that competitor rates are a factor in setting move-in rates for new tenants, the main factor in increasing current tenant rates is increasing operating costs. Upon reviewing your account, we did notice your current rates (including the rate increases) are 25% below our move-in rates. Our regional manager will be in touch with you soon to clarify any additional questions that you may have.
Great Customer Service
This place is so nice. They work with you. They are very accommodating with payments and additional spaces. I would highly recommend to anyone.

The people at Cane Run are friendly but they will promise you one thing and do another. Beware of what they promise you. I am not a happy camper! 😩

Stor All's policy is that a rate cannot be guaranteed unless a $10.00 reservation fee is paid to reserve your unit at the price it is quoted. The reservation fee is directly applied to the unit at time of rental. Rental rates are subject to change at any of our locations at any time, which is why our managers always suggest placing a reservation on a unit to lock in the rate and/or special which is quoted.
