Savage Vines Avis 

I left a review with regards to missing wine from a subscription. As promised, it has turned up this week - thank you!
The wines received have been very high quality and have led us trying things we would never have considered.

Mostly good experience and enjoyed the wine, but never received my latest order on subscription and have not been able to communicate with the company at all, no response via email, support case on their website and their number goes straight to voicemail. Not sure if I’ll be able to get a refund at this stage. Trying to support small businesses, but service is not up to standard.

Good selection of variously priced wines that I wouldn't have found in a supermarket.

Do not use their subscription service!
I purchased a 3 month subscription for my dads birthday and was shocked to see they have continued to take another month's subscription. This tactic to take more money from people and extend subscriptions is frankly outdated (especially in a crowded market place where I can go and use the services of another wine subscriber!). Would not use again. Avoid

Someone stole a delivery arranged on subscription as DPD didn't follow instruction, so I emailed SV directly.

It really felt like Harry from the SV team had my back. He arranged a re-send of the gift immediately and will be holding DPD accountable.

I have been a loyal customer for quite some time now and I love every aspect of Savage Vines: the choice/quality of the wines, all the knowledge behind, flexibility of my subscription and equally the very friendly (and prompt) customer service they provide. 5 stars all the way ....

A subscription to Savage Vines is an excellent way to enjoy new wines. The customer service is impeccable, I’ve had to converse with them a few times when delivery companies let them down

Absolutely useless customer care. Been trying to cancel the monthly subscription. Phone number not available and customer contact form with request won’t go through.
The wine has been fine but it appears once you sign up they won’t cancel it.

I've had the chance to try a lot of the wines that Savage Vines stock and I'm yet to find one I don't like - definitely give them a go!

Purchased subscription and money taken from account but no wines delivered, my order has been removed from my account and no one will reply to any of my emails.

I’ve loved Savage Vines so much after a gift subscription I’ve secured a monthly subscription. We used to live near a great wine store and have since moved - now, not so much and only have local access to a small Tesco. This is the perfect, zero thinking required substitute for it. I’ve really enjoyed the wines received so far and love the ethos of the business which makes it hard not to choose to spend my wine budget with them. Harry in customer care is a wizard, too.

Received a 12 month gift subscription - fantastic present. Allowed us to try wines we would not necessarily have tried.

Customer service is excellent - fast and efficient.

Bought Savage wines as a gift for my husband for Christmas. It's the gift that keeps on giving, we thoroughly enjoyed this service for 6 months. Surely you can guess what he's getting this Christmas :)

The team is super quick to respond to inquiries and are super friendly. I'll be back in the winter for my next 6 months!

Reached out to customer service as I bought the subscription as a gift and wanted it to reach them in time for their birthday and I got a quick response from the team who promptly took care of it! Originally bought a 3-month subscription, but have kept the subscription for months as the wines have been so nice. But still easy to cancel, unlike some other subscription services... Love the little magazine that's included too

We are returning customers - previously cancelled our subscription due to 9 months of enforced sobriety and have reinstated upon the arrival of baby and I think that says it all!
But if you wanted a little more info…our subscription has broadened our wine experiences and tastes. We find the brochure the wines come with very helpful and like the ethos of the company.
Had an issue with the same bottle of wine twice and both times replacements sent. Couldn’t fault them. Very happy with products and service. Thanks Savage Vines
