They claimed a few things wrong with the phone firstly they claimed it was a locked phone to T Mobile which it wasn’t and that there were scratches which there wasn’t the phone was bought new November and barely used!!! If your selling your phone do NOT use them!!!

I sent a red iPhone 13 128gb that was received yesterday for evaluation. It was evaluated to value $130 from a $320 quote. They said my phone was still being financed which it isn’t and that it has scratches which it didn’t when I sent it in. I turned down that offer and haven’t heard back from anyone yet. Imei was clean it had been paid off for months.

Classic bait and switch scam. Promise a high price and then drastically reduce it based on some made up sounding, non existing defect. Don’t fall for this terrible business practice!
