Would give a 0 star if you could. Complete scam, I like others, was given a delivery date way after I ordered the air fryer. When it didn’t arrive I was given the choice of waiting 2 more day or a refund, also offered 20% refund for poor delivery. Was told the delivery company would ring me with a time slot. Obviously none of this happened. Luckily my card provider has completely refunded me because it’s a scam and I only hope they can catch them and take them to court. I advise anyone dealing with these people to get in touch with your card provider and report the scam. I don’t know how Google still let these people advertise on their site 😡😡😡😡

SCAM. DO NOT USE

Order an air fryer on the 30 of Jan, got an email stating and expected delivery date of the 19 of Feb. I have since tried send out emails to enquire about the the delivery and the email just keep back firing. ALL I WANT IS MY AIR FRYER.

Another customer waiting for an airfryer which has not arrived! DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Its clearly run by a bunch of villains. Now making credit card claim

I appear to be another of a growing number taken in by this scam. Seen an advert for an Air Fryer at £149 thought it was a great offer for a Ninja. When n not delivered in the 2 week, they emailed an apology and it will de delivered in 2 week with a 20% discount. Great I thought. I may as well have just opened my legs an asked a total stranger to kick me in the nads. Totally disgusted and disappointed in myself for being taken in

SCAM con artists, BEWARE. Take your money, item never arrived. Said was delayed and offered 20% discount for delay, date of ‘delivery’ came and went, no item received. Email bounced. Now in the hands of our credit card company. If it sounds too good to be true it normally is. Ordered another air fryer direct from Ninja and arrived the next day. Costly mistake. Wish I could give minus zero stars.

Scam.Ordered 3 weeks ago now find website suspended and emails returned and no goods.

SCAM I have ordered a ninja air fryer on january 2024 and never received the item and I ask for refund and I have not received anything back, it is a 100 % Scam

Utter and complete scammers, dodgy tracking info, phone no is non existent.
Really disappointed as £115 spent on an air fryer that has not appeared.
So upset I saved for a long time to purchase it.

Rip. Off company. Tell you it takes a week, then sends courier info saying it will be delivered in a month, then nothing arrives. Thieves stealing your money, don't ve fooled by such a**holes.

Ripped off! - ordered an air fryer and surprise surprise, haven’t delivered. Yep, tracking them down now to alert police and then to pay a visit with my mates 🤬

Scam- order placed and initial good communication although they were telling me it would take 3 weeks for my item to arrive (postage within uk) needless to say date of delivery comes and goes. Email bounced back and online site suspended.

Ordered a ninja air fryer with them in haste on the 19th Jan to save £20, very naive & after a lapse of already 4 days in its delivery, no response to several emails to them & then chasing a service they advise they have used to deliver purchased item/ parcels-service-uk.com, it’s obvious that I have been scammed; so annoying, as it would seem you just can’t trust anyone online & I should have just gone to a high street provider & paid the extra £20/ a waste of £149 & I feel very silly.

Ordered an air fryer from this company which never arrived, should have seen the signs when delivery went from 7 days to 15 days and tracking didn't show anything.

Fake website! I wish I checked with Trust pilot before making a purchase with (Savestoreoutlet) I Ordered a Ninja air fryer that never arrived! I am trying to claim the money back through my bank.
DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
