My husband bought me a beautiful genuine gold heart with inscription on it for my charm bracelet. Looks lovely and perfect fit. Delivery was excellent.

Absolutely delighted with our beautiful heart charms. They will be worn on our Wedding Day. The choice of fonts is great, both front and back engraving - we couldn't be more pleased. Delivery was very quick and the charms were in individual boxes so would make a lovely gift too. Definitely recommend.

I ordered a piece of jewellery from sayers. Unfortunately it was smaller than I needed so had to return it. I rand the number given and within 5 minutes all return details were dispatched to me. There were no questions, no stalling tactics or arguments, which I have found recently with sellers. The piece of jewellery was absolutely lovely and it was a shame that I had to return it. I had a specific request which the company completed to a very high level and high quality at a very reasonable price.

The gold dangly thing I ordered arrived promptly, well presented and exactly as described. Top marks.

Bought some sandals and they don’t fit and are of poor quality.
Have requested a refund (£27) but got an email back saying they wanted to refund me $3.
No chance of refund, a disrespectful offer of currency I can’t use.

Great experience with them, delivered beyond my expectations - I wasn't sure at first but clearly the best personalised items on the market.

I got their celtic quaich and I am beyond pleased with their service and the quality of the item received.

The first initial pendant I ordered was very disappointing. The engraving looked like it was scratched on with a pin and not visible at all. Following the response from the merchant below they advised that’s how their engravings are done on those pendants which to me is not ideal at all.
The merchant was very communicative, and worked with me to find a suitable solution to the problem. The engraving was re-done with some improvement. Cannot fault the customer service.

Fabulous customer service despite Covid. A quick courteous response and a full refund given. I would certainly do business with such an ethical company in the future.

I order a Locket as a gift and it arrived the very next day. The box is to small and doesn’t close and the Lockett is stiff to open.
I raised this by sending a direct message through the sight asking for either a new box or to return the item.
I am still awaiting a response over a week on.

I ordered a few lockets to be personalised with text and a fingerprint- all arrived the next day! The engraving was great and wasn’t faint. The lockets came with small plastic pieces to protect whatever photo you put inside. Not all places do this so I thought that was great.

The customer service was amazing and I’d definitely buy from here again. Very responsive team and more than happy to help. They were so understanding and patient too! I couldn’t have asked for a better service for such important and sentimental gifts.

I been looking for a St Christopher for a while no so I looked on the website and come across sayer London so I rang up the young girl answer the phone her name was rosieln I have to say she was a credit start to finsh the young lady was plite helpful and I now have a necklace and St Christopher on its way 100% customer services will be going back here again

The young lady to whom I spoke on the telephone was impeccably polite and helpful, and once I had placed the order online the service was very efficient. The set of lapis dress studs which I bought is exactly what I wanted - the lapis is a good colour, and the silver mounts are well made.

I bought some cufflinks last week and they arrived a few days later. I am really disappointed with the quality of the product. Their surfaces are full of scratches and even the right one has a little bump on top of it. I was expecting a much better quality for the price.

They gave me the option to return them but I had to travel a few days after with them so I could not risk it.

Nice prices, gorgeous jewelry, exceptional customer service. Totally recommend!
