I purchased 2 shirts from Saysky. The feel of the fabric is luxurious... soft, breathable, and some weight without feeling heavy. One of the shirts has the kitty on it and I feel like a Cheetah running in it! I will most definitely buy additional shirts from Saysky.

Terrible customer service!! I purchased an overpriced tee shirt as a birthday present on their website, received a confirmation email and expected delivery date, only to later recieve an email stating my order had been cancelled. No apology just rude!!
Following several emails (with a late apology) they send a discount code and good news that the item is back in stock but I would have to start again to order it on their website.
So.. I start again, only to find its out of stock again, so I email again and and told "yes out of stock again, have a nice weekend" !!! Unbelievable!!
Buyers beware :(

I was sent a pair of flow+ 7" shorts which had a small fault with them. Emilie, from customer services, who I have been dealing with has been a credit to Saysky.
She offered a full refund immediately due to the fault and understood that i needed them for an upcoming Half Marathon. With that in mind, she has offered various different routes to satisfy my need to keep hold of the shorts and has been a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend and will order again!

I ordered just more items at Saysky and normally I receive it very fast! This time after two weeks there was nothing and the Track&Trace stay the same.
I sent a message to Customer Care and they checked it and the package was not tracable.
They send it again and next day I received it all, even the shirt what was Sold out!!
I’m very glad and pleased how they solve this. I buy a lot because of the quality and nice outfits of this brand.

Min oplevelse med ejeren var stærkt grænseoverskridende og uacceptabel. Jeg følte mig presset i en situation, hvor jeg ikke oplevede at have et reelt valg. Det har haft alvorlige personlige konsekvenser for mig. Jeg vil kraftigt fraråde andre at indgå i private eller personlige relationer med denne virksomhed.

Det er virkelig lækkert sportstøj Saysky sælger. Men deres returpolitik og kundeservice er bestemt ikke særlig god. Har lige købt sportstøj for over 2500 kr. Jeg returnere 2 stk tøj, da størrelserne ikke passede til mig. Så jeg skulle betale i alt 1490 kr. De 1000 kr har jeg betalt via et gavekort - troede jeg, men nej! Saysky returnere først de 1000 kr fra gavekortet tilbage på gavekortet, og opkræver så hele betalingen på de 1490 kr, og jeg kan ikke bruge gavekortet! Jeg mener - åbenbart som en hel del andre kunder, som har skrevet anmeldelser, at de skal tage deres returpolitik op til revision. Det vil helt sikkert hjælpe på antal stjerne på Trustpilot og på at få glade kunder, som har en god oplevelse med deres kundeservice.

I originally made a purchase taking into consideration the discount code they provided to me of 10% for your first purchase. This code did not work and so I contacted the team after I had already made the purchase to inform them. They said that they are unable to provide me with a 10% refund and gave me a 15% discount for my next purchase with them. I sent back one of the 2 products I had bought to compare sizing and they deduct 7euros when refunding you for processing. So in the end a product of which I expected to cost me 68.50 has now cost me 82.00. The product is nice but jesus it's not THAT nice. I'd rather buy from mainstream providers that give the same product but cheaper AND better customer service.

Size guide on website was wildly inaccurate. Literally couldn't get the shorts on. Customer service took 10 days to reply, with basically a "tough, pay to return". Will be forced to use Consumer Rights laws. Would not use or recommend.

I ordered a pair of running shoes from the UK website. It showed that my size was in stock and I received an email saying that my order had been received and that I would receive a notification when it had been shipped. Shipping time was said to be 2-3 business days.
When, after a week, I had not received any update I tried to contact them but the emails bounced. I had to contact their Danish office. They replied that my order was being cancelled but gave no explanation. I demanded and received a full refund.

Jeg købte løbetøj til min kæreste den 3/9. Hun fik det i gave den 1/10, men ville returnere nogle af varerne, fordi hun allerede havde fået det samme fra sine forældre. Returen blev sendt hurtigt tilbage, og vi ventede blot på pengene.
Imens skifter vi bank og informerer Saysky om dette, så de kan refundere til det rigtige kort. Det viser sig dog, at det slet ikke var nødvendigt – for returen var ikke engang blevet ekspederet endnu.
Nu er vi omkring 7 mails og snart en måned senere, og jeg har stadig ikke fået mine penge tilbage. Enten er deres system fuldstændig i udu, eller også er deres økonomiafdeling så presset, at de ikke har tid til at behandle returer.
Uanset hvad, er det helt under al kritik. Jeg handler aldrig her igen – hold jer væk, det er simpelthen ikke tiden og besværet værd.

I paid £14 for a 1-2 days delivery on 11th October. My order of nearly £100 has STILL not been dispatched. They do not provide a phone number to call and do not reply to emails!
This was my first time ordering from Saysky as my husband is running a 100k race THIS SATURDAY and he urgently needs the items I've ordered.
I've heard good things about their running gear but they have not dispatched my goods on time and don't keep customers informed - pretty poor service.
